"TAR5 Not So Move of the Week: Episode 2"
Here are the choices for Not So Move of the Week for Episode 2:

1. Charla/Mirna can’t find Shake Mega Disco. They go from 5th to 10th.

2. Jim/Marsha exchange their money thinking Argentina won’t take US money. However, Argentina does, so they exchanged their money for no reason.

3. Alison/Donny and Linda/Karen start doing the Perro detour and begin to have trouble. They then switch over to Tango and lost several minutes because of their indecision.

4. Kami/Karli and Bob/Joyce do the Perro detour, which takes more time. They finish the detour 8th and 10th respectively.

5. Chip/Kim, Kami/Karli, and Alison/Donny take a bus to the roadblock instead of a taxi. They are the last three teams to arrive, and Alison/Donny are eliminated.

I won’t be able to do Episode 3 because of work, so I will need someone to fill in. Thanks.

Chip/Kim and Kami/Karli should not be listed for this move. Whether it was luck or intelligence, they took an express bus.

Alison/Donny, however, simply jumped on the first available bus, which was a local. Since they had asked for arrival times for the flights back in Episode 1, I expected better. (Not having watched BB, I didn't pre-hate this team.) Even when they abandoned the bus mid-ride and caught a taxi, it was too late. A/D had lost too much time and were eliminated.

Thanks, ssshaw, for taking over the Not So Moves!

#5, but I think the only ones who really deserve this are Ali/Donny since they didn't bother to check if the bus would be stopping along the way.

ssshaw, if you still need someone for this coming week, I'll be glad to help out for one week. Let me know.

I'm tempted to add a 6th category for Alison letting the dogs go at it with each other.

What a bad episode all around for Aliwhore/Donkey!

Go ahead, Pepe.

As for why I included Chip/Kim and Kami/Karli in #5. They did start to take a bus which did cost them time. Even though they did get off and ride in a taxi, the damage had been done.

I'm going with 2 because any move that helped eliminate Alisnot & Donnie is a GREAT MOVE.

12. "RE: TAR5 Not So Move of the Week: Episode 2"
In order of increasing stupidity:

2. Jim/Marsha exchange their money thinking Argentina won’t take US money. However, Argentina does, so they exchanged their money for no reason.
Can't really fault them for this. My logic is this: Having already taken taxis in Uruguay without having to exchange currency, Jim/Marsha would have no reason to do so in Argentina - unless someone told them otherwise. We didn't get to see it, but Jim claimed the Moms did tell them they needed to exchange their money. And since the Moms didn't actually attempt to do this as well, we must conclude - if Jim is telling the truth - that this disinformation was intentional. Jim's reasoning as to why they would have done this is flawed (why would you want to pick off the weaker, slower teams?), but maybe the Moms thought Jim/Marsha were the only ones gullible enough to fall for it. Plus, Jim's attitude when faced with the situation was great: "We'll deal with it." And they did, coming back to finish in 3rd - one spot ahead of the Rolling Moms.

4. Kami/Karli and Bob/Joyce do the Perro detour, which takes more time. They finish the detour 8th and 10th respectively.
This Detour wasn't a choice between the brave/wuss options, so it was probably hard to know which one would be quicker. Both teams proved pretty resourceful in actually getting the task done, as opposed to Ho & Schmo and the Rolling Moms. And Bob & Joyce, in last about 2/3 of the way through the leg, still came back to finish in 5th.

3. Alison/Donny and Linda/Karen start doing the Perro detour and begin to have trouble. They then switch over to Tango and lost several minutes because of their indecision.
Fools! Only Ken & Gerard can pull this move and emerge unscathed! Seriously, though, while this move was ill-advised, we don't know how much time it actually cost them. And, despite losing time to Ho & Schmo at the Tango theatre, by having their photo rejected twice, the Rolling Moms went on to finish in fourth place.

1. Charla/Mirna can’t find Shake Mega Disco. They go from 5th to 10th.
Charla and Mirna went the wrong way? What? Alert the media!
Their ineptness before the ferry should have cost them - and the scene with them just making it onto the ferry was either very poorly edited, or there was outside influence delaying its departure so that they could make it. The whole thing was very weird.
Still, had they been forced to wait for the next ferry - even then, they may have been able to beat the teams that took a bus out of Buenos Aires, so they only get second on this list.

And the winner is:
5. Chip/Kim, Kami/Karli, and Alison/Donny take a bus to the roadblock instead of a taxi. They are the last three teams to arrive, and Alison/Donny are eliminated.
Differing degrees of stupidity here: Chip/Kim and Kami/Karli traveled by bus rather than taxi. Every team that took a taxi, including the team who finished the Detour in last (Bob/Joyce) and the team whose cab ran out of gas (Marshall/Lance) beat them to the Roadblock and thus the Pit Stop. The only reason they both avoided elimination was that Ho & Schmo took an even slower bus, without bothering to check its arrival time. Which of course led to the joyous sound of Phil announcing, "you have both been eliminated from the Race." The last time I was this happy to hear that line was..... well, never.

And can I give an honorable mention to: Marshall/Lance. Guess what guys: In Uruguay, you are the useless foreigners.

I will post the results tomorrow morning, so hurry up and get your votes in.

Also, I have decided to remove Chip/Kim and Kami/Karli from #5 and just have Alison/Donny on there as several people have mentioned that they don't belong there.
