"Erin in US magazine"
LAST EDITED ON 07-21-03 AT 03:16 PM (EST)

Did anyone see the latest issue of US? It seems to imply a certain ending to the show, which I found a bit surprising...

Erin seems to talk past tense about the show, and imply that she lost out, e.g. "in retrospect, maybe I should have kep the $1 million". She also talks of getting an apartment in LA with Paige (who wants to act) -- doesn't sound like someone who had $2 million to their names.

I thought the same thing! I thought it was rather odd that she'd be discussing her present situation in that manner. I wonder if they have the same confidentiality agreement as other reality shows?

last Monday while I was driving I heard in the radio both Paige and Erin were talking about the part I. She did not seem like very exited about the part II. And also she told both she & Paige going shopping last week. She might have made lots of money. Read from somewhere that she was asked to leave her work when she signed for part II. Without having job if they moving to LA, looks like either she might have made $2M spending lavishly with Paige as she mentioned they have agreed to take other girls to Vegas. NBC might have paid huge money for both part I and II even though in TV she burned the check.

Rob also might have been paid very well to choose Erin without being told that Erin is not interested. NBC always mentions in the contract there is prize for participating in the game.(From Rob's nbc.com interview). No matter winning or loosing

This is what I feel. NBC might have told the guys who stands last about her past and how she got into this. On the Radio she told there are lots of twist than part I.

Erin comes from money. Her daddy is rich and her momma's good lookin'. She doesn't need the 2 mil. The show will probably go round and round and round and the money will go w/it

In the opening sequence, it shows a disappointed Erin walking away alone, meanwhile, saying, "if the man she choses goes for the money, she'll get nothing but a consolation prize". So far, everything that's in that opening sequence has actually happened. Is this foreshadow of what's about to happen? If so, it's not too bright on NBC's part.

Most of FLOM's viewers probably don't know about foreshadowing. There is an article about Erin in this week's People magazine. States she's still single and wants to get a job and stop mooching off her parents.

If you read on the FLOM2 Website, there is an interview with Rob. He also talks about everything in the past tense, and also states that he now hangs out sometimes with Wade, who is also in Dallas. I doubt that Erin picks Wade, since it seems that Rob and Wade being "buddies" would have to be a rather awkward situation. Of course, maybe Erin and Wade are forced to stay away from each other until after the final show is broadcast. hmmmm...... It also asks Rob if he would consider doing a FLOM3. He'd have to be single to do it....so that knocks him out too. And it also asks if he is still single, and he says yes. Guess that leaves Chad....
