I live in the DC area and around 9:00, there was an ad for I guess the news where they would be discussing the new American Idol finalists and they flashed a picture of Jennifer (who had already been chosen) and JPL (who obviously happened). I dont know if this was a local blunder, a pure coincidence or what. Did anyone else notice this?

It was probably just a FOX screwup in your area. I live in Atlanta and they show the Diana chick all the time and talk about her on the news. Whenever someone is from your area, they try to milk whatever exposure they can get from that. I didn't see anything about those two down south.
