thecrossbowkid 40 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Beauty Pageant Celebrity Judge" 03-07-07, 01:58 PM (EST) "The Estrogen Men Strike Again" Is it just me or is this the weakest, most feminine group of pansy men I have ever heard? Including that Malakar shemale guy, at least three of ten are obviously gay. The ostensibly heterosexual ones sing falsetto or women's songs: Cyndi Lauper!?! Lee Anne Rhymes?!? Where are the Chris Daughtrys or Taylor Hickses? Have today's young men become THAT sissified and emasculated in the modern world? Even the only halfway macho guy, Sundance, was CRYING last week when a female contestant was eliminated (cue projectile vomiting). I HATE HATE HATE these guys (except Blake, of course). I hope the women roll their estrogen infused carcasses up and smoke them in the final 12. Go Melinda.   Top

I figured you MUST be referring to Blake...and then I didn't get any further as I hit your "except Blake." So I'm just kinda confused right now, and have only this to say... It hadn't really occurred to me to guess at any of these guys' sexuality. If it had, I certainly wouldn't decide my favorites based on that. I do not think this is a particularly effeminate group of men. Oh -- and I've always thought singing cross-gendered songs is a good way to avoid a karaoke tag. Provided you pick a song that's not too obviously male or female. I don't think Phil's song choice was bad because it was a LeAnn Rimes song - it was a bad choice because he couldn't sing it well. ETA: I'm not saying that I think Blake is gay (or not, I just haven't thought about it).   Top
