AyaK 10426 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 09-20-02, 11:14 AM (EST) "Return of The Bachelor" Temptation Island is, sadly, no longer with us right now, so The Bachelor has taken over its place as the sleaziest of the reality TV shows. It comes back NEXT WEEK with a "behind the scenes" episode preparing for the new season. Anyone want to take a shot at summarizing all of the bimbos and himbos on this first show?   Top

Thanks -- I'll be eagerly awaiting the summary! OK, that takes care of the premiere, which is airing this Wednesday (9/25) at 9 PM. Here's the whole schedule: E1: Wednesday, 9/25 -- LionChow E2: Wednesday, 10/2 E3: Wednesday, 10/9 E4: Wednesday, 10/16 E5: Wednesday, 10/23 E6: Wednesday, 10/30 I don't know how many episodes there are of this show, but if we can schedule the first six, we'll be able to finish the rest! Since there are still 15 women left at the end of E2, and we know that there are only 2 women at the start of the finale, I figure we'll need at least 3 more episodes for the guy to find out which women are pliant (in more ways than one!). P.S. If this is the correct schedule, then the show will end the day before the start of November sweeps (which actually start on 10/31 this year and go on for 4 weeks).   Top

ABC will air three eight-episode arcs of the reality series. The first and last arcs, like the original, will feature single bachelors. As previously reported, the middle arc will be called 'The Bachelorette' and feature Trista Rehn, the 29-year-old physical therapist from the first season   Top

SherpaDave, I sent you an email a couple days ago, but I haven't heard anything from you, so I'm going to post this myself. It appears that there is an extra episode of the Bachelor. The finale (which I am schedule to write) was supposed to be this week (Nov. 13), but it is in fact airing next week (Nov. 20). The reunion show, where they bring all the hos back, is this week. Does anyone want to summarize the reunion show? I can do it if no one volunteers, but I'd really rather not have two summaries in a row. Thanks!   Top
