Are you ready for some PTTE? What's a PTTE, you ask? Well, PTTE is short for "Picks To The End" It is a boot list prediction game. It is a game about the order of who IS kicked off each week. Not who is brought back!!!!! S23 Green PTTE: South Pacific Welcome Back! It’s time for a new season of Survivor. The 23rd to be exact. Can you believe it? We are back in the South Pacific An ocean full of islands and that troublesome Redemption Island. Of which I will pay no attention!!! Promise!!! There are 18 Survivors trying to win a million dollars. Who do you think will win? Who will be the first Survivor kicked off the island? Who wins immunity? Who will survive Redemption Island? Those are a few of the questions of this game. To start this game you will need to Post a list that reflects your prediction about the ENTIRE boot order for the season. Starting with the first castaway (#18) & ending with the winner (#1). This is a game and is intended to be fun. By the way, Green Players entry is still free this week. As a Green player, you may change your list without penalty. This is what I wrote last week: “ To keep you spoiler free I will allow you to change your list, after the first show. Considering this is the first you’ve seen most of them.” Those who entered last week received a free edit. This is a game for those who want to play spoiler free. I will run all information through PM’s, If that is what you would like. You will not need to visit this thread again. Just let me know. To remind you of your contestants. The Regular PTTE game – Lowest score wins Medium Teal PTTE game– Highest score wins Okay... how do you play: SCORING: 1) You do NOT want points...they're bad... it's like golf. Every point counts against you in the standings, so try to avoid them, unless you are playing the MEDIUM TEAL game. then you want all the points you can get. 2) Points will be awarded to each boot, after each episode. They will be awarded as the difference between where you thought this week's castaway would finish and where the castaway actually finished. 3) You will be given penalty points every time you change your PTTE list. +5 points for regular game +5 points for green game -5 points for medium teal game 4) There will be several tie-breaker questions. Check back to catch them. I will also send out a PM to alert you. I have used several tie-breaker questions the last few seasons to break ties and even determine a winner. 5) The game will be open for anyone to join at anytime. Entry is free for the first two weeks. If you do not enter before the 2nd episode, you will start with a score equivalent to 8 (-8) points per episode you missed. That means that it's possible to join the game after several episodes and enter in first place, but statistically speaking, you'll have a better chance if you enter earlier. 5. "What does Spoiler-Free (Green) Mean?"

*To me spoiler-free means not searching or reading about the boot order of the Survivors.
*I do not believe that watching the videos or reading about the castaways on the CBS site is spoiling.
*I believe you can play a spoiler-free game and still read the spoilers later. I would just ask that you not change your list, or ask to be transferred to the regular game.
*It is an honor system. It’s a game. It is for fun.
*I always start with a spoiler-free list. I do not edit. I will start to read spoilers later in the season. But I will not edit.
*Even though we have a game forum, I placed this in the fanatics for people who never go to the game forum. I wanted you to have a chance to play a game without any chance of being spoiled.
*What do you think?

As far as being spoiler free, there seem to be zero leaks this season other than a few cast reveals, spoilng is all analysis and what can be gleaned from broadcast evidence.
There is no need this season to be wary of boot lists or anything of the like, they just aren't out there this season.

I agree with everything you wrote. I have read a few of Jeff's blog posts but still consider myself spoiler free - he did influence on why I put Semhar so close to the top. Christine put herself at the top with her statement in the first episode. The rest of my list is completely uneducated guessing.
Upon reading Dabo's posts I think those of you that go to Spoilers will have so much more fun. I just find that even without source spoilers I have more fun watching the episodes not really knowing who you all have in jeopardy, because you're just so darned good.
Corvis - you might as well stay green, otherwise I'd be playing by myself. You'll probably wipe the floor with me but...

Let’s sit for a Tribal Council
Does anyone want to change his or her categories?
Do you want to play the Teal game or would you like to play the regular game.
~Corvis is going to be playing the Regular game.
~I, (kircon) am going to switch to the Green game to give Tummy some competition. I made my list spoiler-free. I do not plan on changing it. I will only flip it as I was playing the Teal game.
I will re-score mine & anyone who want to flip sides.
No penalty. Just a chance to change sides.
You may not move Survivors around, just flip them.
You may change your list, but it will cost you an edit.
I will score the first 2 weeks then score the new list this coming week.
You have until game-time to make your decision.

I do not plan to post in Fanatics any more. It will save me time. Corvis can check in the game section. I can send you pm's or whatever you would like.

It that ok with you two. Corvis can read spoilers and change his list if he wants to.
I will compete against you. I will not change my list just flip it, since I was playing the Teal game. I can send a copy to you if you want. You may change your list.
If I have the lowest score, I will accept the title. If not, you win.
I also need to post your list in the Regular game.
