PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats, but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are encouraged to read the complete guidelines. As entertainment critic Roger Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

""If you think you have what it takes...""
Next to "the tribe has spoken" and "wanna know what you're playing for," the most recognized phrase uttered by Jeff is at the end of the Reunion Show when he petitions the viewers by asking "if you think you have what it takes..." to entice applicants who think they may actually have that one-in-a-million shot of being selected for future seasons over the "Barbies" and "Kens" Production recruits. It wasn't said this time.

He went on about the upcming season where one-time and maybe two-time losers will get ANOTHER shot at a million. Or where popular prior winners will be eagerly eliminated by former castaways jealous of their popularity. Although I will give them credit for appropriately naming the season "Redemption." Production needs to "redeem" itself from the recent casting debacles over the years.

So will this be the end...or are negotiations still in progress for future REAL seasons?

I thought I remembered him telling people to go to CBS.com to apply at the end just like usual...

I think it has been officially renewed through season 20, but they usually do it a couple of years at a time and it is due for the next renewal.

http://www.cbs.com/casting/ indicates they have casting calls set up for season 21.
