After reading what's gone on the last two nights I can say I am happy to be an east coaster and in bed before the drunken hot tub and shower scenes.
I guess the veto ceremony is today. That is if Jani's head doesn't explode first from the constant badgering on who to nominate. I'm a big fan of her and am already embarrassed for her when she gets out and hears how she was played.
Right now all cameras are on Danielle, Boogie & Erika outside. Erika complained about BB6 not wanting her in their alliance at first, but now want to deal. Is the deal just in her imagination or did Jani/Howie change their minds on who they wanted out?

Erika goes inside for a minute and Danielle asks Boogie if he feels comfortable keeping Marcellas in the game. Boggie says no. Danielle says she's concerned for CT's safety is he stays and Erika isn't coming after CT. Boogie says he thought Erika was playing him, but now believes she has true feelings for him. He said he'll like to vote out Marcellas, but that would go against what they told Jani they would do and she wouldn't trust them.

Not much going on (not surprisingly). James/Will/Boogie had a quick meeting about Marcellas. Boogie told James that Dani advised CT that she is worried about CT's safety with Marci still in the game. Will tells James that as of 2:30-3 in the a.m. it was between Marci or CG that Janie was going to put up.
James starts some Janie bashing and says that Janie is pissed at him for calling her out on her sh!!t. Will tells James that it's because they don't trust James right now. They do some bashing of Howie and how dumb he is. James says they need to kill Janelle and Howie is done for.
Boogie talks about what is up with Erika and that either she really is into Boogie or she is the female version of Dr. Will. Boogie says Erika is getting him off, whereas Marci is not.
James starts in on Janie bashing, "See how she's surrounding herself with Marci & slept in the same room with him last night?" The 3 of them decide to try to convince Janie to put up Marci instead of CG so they can get rid of Marci & save Erika for Boogie.
More & more I hope Janie sticks with NOT putting up Marci, only to continue to screw with James' plans. James is so mad that Janie won't put up Marci "she's protecting him" carp. He's just ticked because it interferes with HIS game play and it's disgusting that because Janie is trying to save herself AND her alliance that she thinks she is in, James has to call her all the crude names he calls her. At least she is showing allegiance to those she believes are in her alliance, whereas James just betrays, betrays, betrays. He needs to get off his pedestal and take a look in the mirror. She may be getting played, but it is because she has a conscience. Janelle finds it easy to put up & eliminate those who go against her & her alliance as "enemies," but the others she let's her emotions get in the way.

Boogie & Will are in HOH waiting for Jani. James is on his way up. Boggie's instructions is to use the soft sell to get Jani to put up Marcellas. Then tempers will flare and everyone will leave except Will. Boogie tells Will to not leave Jani's side until the meeting. I don't know where Jani is, but hopefully she gets called to the DR for the meeting instead of going to HOH. Haven't seen Howie yet this morning either.

I meant to add that Jani bashers probably love this, but I find it pretty sad that all these guys have to gang up on her.

James wakes up Jani & tells her CT is waiting for her. For some stupid reason, Jani comes up. They go over how she's in an alliance with 4 others and she is going against their wishes and playing for herself. They'll vote how she wants, but she needs to show them she is loyal to the alliance. blah blah blah
The same old line. Marcellas won't go home, but they want to scare him. What nobody bothers to mention is that no matter what their relationship is the HOH is the one Marcellas will blame for being nominated. On top of that what everyone knows except Jani is they will all go to Marcellas and say they don't know why Jani nominated him, but they saved him.
Now flames. Hope it's the meeting, but Jani didn't even get a chance to get dressed.

I agree, Elaine. I feel so bad for Janie. They are ganging up on her and using the "guilt trip" -- "all members of your alliance are telling you to put up Marci and we have to wonder why you won't do it." She tells them it's because she doesn't want to be on the receiving end of Marci's tantrums, CG is calmer.
Annoying flames keep interrupting. They are all laying it on thick about the alliance vs. what Janelle wants. I wish she would just say, "If you all are agreeing to vote out Erika, what difference does it make?" Janelle needs to get suspicious that they are all pushing so hard for Marci to be put up.

I know some of you guys will defend Janelle's choices (even the really dumb ones) to the ends of the Earth and beyond. But why is it not in her interest to get Marcellus out? He is scarcely loyal to her. he would have stabbed her in the back on her way out of the door last week if she had not won the PoV. he'd have done it this week but for the do-over of the HoH competition. He is a much greater threat to her than George is. Unless she is prepared to double cross one of her own alliance members, she pretty much has to put Marcellus up.
What am I missing here?

Jani, Danielle & CT think Marcellas will put up CT. No idea what he'd do, but he has said CT and BB6.
Jani also feels Marcellas will be a vote for her if she makes final 2. George won't be a vote.
CT/Howie/James said they will evict Erika and Jani seems to believe them. Jani also told George she might have to nominate him, but he'd be safe and she told Marcellas she would not nominate him. So changing now will only get her in trouble. It won't help her with George, but will hurt her with Marcellas.

I suppose that if Janelle is in the Final 2 and looking for votes, she will be in jeopardy of losing marcellus' vote now. But is not that the case for anyone she sends packing this week? They will all be bitter at the HoH who nominated them. Marcellus may wear his bitterness a little more openly on his paisley sleeve, but he is not unique in that (would she have Erika's vote? Chicken George's?). In the meantime, she gets rid of a known threat to her (her other problem is all she has left, aside from Howie, are known threats).

I agree complettely. And outside of strategic reasons to get rid of Marcellus....he's just not funny anymore.....more like annoying. Huge waste of airtime

Marci and Janelle have secret alliance.They want him gone because then she wont have backup. Marci is in alliance with everyone in house except CT. Marci is running back and forth with info some true , some not to all sides. This is why they want him out. With Marci gone, its just Jan and Howie. In week one Kaysar tells Marci no one must find out you are fifth alliance member, James does not know this. Chicken George in alliance with CT, need to keep him. The pawns in the game are James, stupid, CG and Erika all being used by house guests.

She told Marcellas she is nominating him. He's not happy. He said he always told her to do what was best for her and, if it was just Howie telling her to put him up, he'd be fine with it. But Jani has people around her she can't trust and people who told her from the beginning they are coming after her.
Jani promised Marcellas he was safe. What she didn't hear is that W/B/J/D want Marcellas to go, but Will is afraid of losing Jani now.
After Marcellas left the red room Will came in and Jani said she hated him for talking her into it. Will gave her a big hug and said everything will be ok. Sure it will.

They have been tossing around ideas of what the secret power is for awhile and they are currently outside -- CT/James & Janelle and Will guesses tat maybe it's an instant HOH and you can nominate whoever you want.
Earlier in the HOH just Boogie & Will were talking about it and Boogie said he wished he let Will ring the bell and give the phrase. Boogie did say that if the power is something big, he would not use it right away & will confer with Will first (just as I thought). They also discussed that the producers wouldn't want whatever the power is to be used right away anyway and would rather drag it out.
At that time they were throwing out the possibility of nullifying votes or bringing someone back into the game.

Boggie, Will & James talk outside. Boogie says he wants the next 3 evictions to be Erika, Marcellas & Jani. He says if she does not nominate Marcellas, he will use that as an excuse to get rid of her next week. James says he hopes she doesn't use it because he wants to use the excuse. Jani comes out and the talk changes. James hurries inside.
Will acts very concerned about how she is feeling. He says it bothers him to see her upset and tells her she's making the right decision. Now Will is going to sit alone with her, meaning Boogie should hit the road. Will keeps saying it bothers him that Howie yells at her. Jani says all anyone does is yell at her. Will assures her she's doing the right thing. They talk about the coup and Will says Boogie will use it to protect Jani along with Will. She says everyone yelled at her to put up Will and she didn't. Will says it was a good decision. Jani says yes. Will says it was a very good decision and Jani melts and gives him a big smile.

In watching all the interactions between Will & Janie over the last couple of weeks, I think that he is playing her to a degree, but also that he does feel bad when people like Howie & James yell at her.
I really think that Will would rather take Janelle to the F4, both for strategic purposes (he knows he can get her to go along with him, plus the whole "keeping big targets" strategy) AND to continue the playful flirting he has been doing with her. I don't think there is anything serious between the two of them, but I think Will genuinely likes her "as a friend" and with that ego of his, it is obvious he enjoys the way she flirts with him, calling him Dr. Delicious and all that. Will is eating it up. I think Boogie is pulling more to keep the James/Dani alliance going, but Will would rather dump at least James to keep Janie around longer. (Just my thoughts & observations.)

It seems obvious to me that Will wants to keep Janelle as a shield and Danielle as a shield. It's not that he particularly likes them more than the others, but they clearly are so blinded by their single-minded focus to get rid of the other, they are 1) not seeing CT and

If Will has viewers believing that he has feelings, I think he should be nominated for a "Best Actor" Emmy (in addition to getting his $1 million for winning BB7).
Will is trying to convince Janie that she has no friends other than himself, not even Howie. At the same time, he's trying to sabotage James without admitting that he's in a secret alliance with Dani and James. And he's relying on Dani to focus on BB6 before going after him -- plus he now has Boogie's "coup" power to protect CT if Dani changes her mind unexpectedly.
He's like a spider, with webs all over. It's incredible.
And she is SO gullible. It's like watching a lamb being led to the slaughter.

It's almost too painful to watch, and the fact that I think it's also so dang funny...makes me feel a little creepy.
I think Janelle knows she's beaten. She's worn down. 3 out of 6 HOH wins, and each one, she's been literally screamed at by her own alliance, not to mention hated by the rest of the house. She's done, and she knows it. Howie, OTOH, is just as gullible, if not moreso than Janelle, and he will EXPLODE when he finds out he's been played. I don't think Janelle has the energy left to even get mad.

I agree with everything you said, True. Janie even said (last night, I think) she knows there is no way she will make it to the end with everyone in the house gunning for her. She is beaten down and because she has a conscience, she has a hard time with the scheming in this game.
I see Will as the best "manipulator" player and Janie as the best "competitor" player. I would love to see them as the final 2, because I think they are the best in what they do and deserve F2 the most.

And this isn't one of those bs lets split the money deals between people that met 3 days ago on a reality show. They are best friends and biz partners outside the house so I'm sure it is an iron clad agreement that both will follow up on.

Hey Catty,
I made a comment about this issue a few weeks ago. Janelle is a great competitor, but she's not a schemer or a manipulator. Last year, she did really well on this game because the line had been drawn from day 1: The Friendship vs The Sovereings. Aside from James, nobody was double dealing and the only two things that mattered were: 1)who won HOH and 2) who gets nominated. Everything was crystal clear. Alliances were exposed and all Janelle had to do was win competitions in order to ensure her survival.
This year is a whole different ball game. After being in the dominating alliance for 4 weeks, the alliance imploded thanks in great part to James' backstabbing. Janelle is very naive and I think her insecurities are finally beginning to show and Will is capitalizing very well from all that. Janelle has been defeated. Even if she got miraculously to the Final 2, she would not win this game. Most people would vote against her out of spite. And if she happens to be standing next to Will, he will definite win because he damn deserves it. At this point, I've lost all faith. I rather see Janelle get evicted next week than continue drawing out this agony. She was a great player last year and I prefer to remember her that way.

I know. My husband and I had to chuckle last night when James tried to explain the saying "pull the wool over their eyes" to Janelle and Howie. The blank expression on their faces was priceless.
You know I don't have anything against either Howie or Janelle but neither of them has a bit of strategic sense and seem just clueless next to the likes of Will, Danielle and James.

Danielle is the only that told Boogie this morning that Marcellas was coming after them and that prompted the attack on Jani.

The only thing I can say about this whole thing is you would think they would have learned from their mistakes from last season about trusting people.
I am a HUGE Janelle fan and want her to win it all but since she can't seem to figure out what is really going on around there then whatever happens I guess she deserves.
I will almost bet that everyone will end up voting Marcellas out now anyway. They will spend the next three days convincing Janelle as to why it should be Marci and not Erika and she will end up giving in like she always seems to be doing lately.
This show is frustrating me this season thats for sure.
But you have to hand it to Will, he knows how to play and he is devilishly hilarious. So if Janelle blows it, then screw it, I am going for Will.

From Will's standpoint, voting out Marci is a no-brainer. Dani's in on the plan because she trusts Erika more, as does CT. So that's what's going to happen, and Janie's never going to realize it. In fact, she'll probably believe it's her own idea.
That leaves Dani, Erika and CG from the floaters -- Will and Boogie from CT -- and Janie, Howie and James from BB6. And CT still has the coup for two more weeks to protect itself.
The real coalitions are Dani, James and CG; Will and Boogie; Janie and Howie. We won't know Erika's true allegiance (floaters or CT) for a while yet. If she's really "from a town called Chill," then CT needs to get rid of Dani, James or CG to get the majority edge -- which means Will will want to rely on Erika to double-cross her friends or on another term of Janie as HoH.
If Dani or Erika become the next HoH, they'll nominate Janie and Howie. Then Will will have to go into overdrive to save Janie and boot Howie without using the coup. It should be entertaining viewing.

Boogie is the one who wants to keep Erica over Marcellas. Not Will. Will wants her out, because she is a distraction for both Dani and Boogie. Erica owes Will nothing, and while Boogie may be able to protect Will from Erica for awhile, she will want to cut him to keep Boogie all for herself. Not only that, but Erica will go after Janelle, and Will needs Janelle in the game.
As far as CG goes, he just promised Janelle that when the time comes that she needs him, he will protect her. He told her that she had numerous opportunities to nominate him, and she never did. He thinks he was surely evicted this week, and he told her several times that he won't forget what she has done to protect him. Should be interesting since he said similar things to Danielle when she didn't nominate him.

I'm not sure he actually said "promised". I did hear him say he would remember what she did and would help her later. It reminded me of what he said to Kaysar and we know what George did to him.

Dani is trying to get Boogie & James to commit to voting out Marci. She first tells Boogie, before James came out, and said if Marci stays in he is going after CT. Boogie asked, "Did he say that?" Dani said she knows that's what he will do and Erika is cool with things. Boogie agrees Marci might be the one to go.
James joins them and Dani asks James, "What are we doing, voting out Marcellas?" James says Erika is dangerous. Dani doesn't look happy about that response. James then says the only people he's not afraid of are Howie & CG, because they are both too stupid and bad actors to get anything done. James then says CG is F-ing pissing him off, because he's STILL sitting on the couch (I actually agree with James on this one). Boog/James say it's too early to decide, because if they toss out Marci, then they lose the trust of Janie & Howie. Dani says, so what, that's just two people.
They tell Dani if they can be assured that CG is on board, then maybe they can risk voting out Marci & losing Janie & Howie's trust. Dani says she'll work on CG and she knows he will be cool.

I have a question though, it looks like Will shed (fake) tears and said he was upset (about the nomination?) to Janelle. What on earth could he have said to explain his crying and why he was upset?? She apparently bought it hook line and sinker.
This is the clip I would love to see since there must be some masterful manipulation going on to pull that off! The end result - Janelle APOLOGIZES to Will for upsetting him and goes off to tell Marcellas that she is going to put him up after all. (In her words, she says something to the effect "I told Marcellas that I would not put him up, so I have to go now and tell him that I lied....and oh, I am so sorry I upset you Will" and Will asks for a hug! ) WTF!!! If any live feeder watchers saw how he explained his tears, I would love to know!
