"Windows XP question ?"
I recently got a new PC that has windows XP on it, and ever since, navigating between pages on this site has become extreamly slow.

I have tried other PCs here at work running Win2000, NT and even and Win95 and they all seem faster that the one I now have. Is there something in XP that needs to be changed to help improve performance or am I just out of luck?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know how comfortable you are mucking about in your registry and such, but TweakXP.com has a lot of good information.

You might start with these:

Good luck

Normally, I'd give that a try, but since they are work computers, and this site is the only one I have problems with, I probably shouldn't go messing in the registry. With my luck I'd probably mess something up.

But, thanks alot for the info, will probably play around some with that at home.
