Thanks NOT Kismet. I’d like to thank everyone for the warm, and ummm…, strange welcome.
Strange welcome?
Yes. Apparently GT thought I was EBug masquerading as a newbie. And she called me demented and said I have a fakey good-girl mannerism and I sound like Martha Stewart! Well, I want to get at least one thing straight. My good-girl mannerism is NOT fake!

Mistofleas and Kismet sent me here because I haven’t been bad enough. And because I’m an attention whore in denial.

So how did you find SB and why did you stay?
It’s a familiar story. I used to read the PlanetSucks/SurvivorSucks Spoilers board. That board disappeared and was replaced with the EZ board. Someone (I don’t remember who) posted about this board on the EZ board. So I came over here to the Spoilers board because EZ sucked. I stayed because of Shakesvivor. It was because of Shakesvivor that I started reading the Off Topic board.
Several members of our community are wondering about your name. Tell us what IT is that you want stopped.
I explained that over on the blowsvivor board.
Well, I’m NOT Kismet and I don’t know how to do links. So tell us again.
OK. I read these message boards at work. And, there is a woman there that has to butt into every conversation and then proceed to monopolize the conversation. If you try to ignore her, she just talks louder until it is impossible to ignore her. And, she never has anything interesting to say. Plus, she’s a miss know-it-all. Sometimes she comes into my office and starts babbling and just won't stop. I found myself thinking "MAKE IT STOP!"
So you only read the message boards at work? Why is that?
Mr. MIS thinks the message boards are silly. So I don’t read them at home.
I understand that you’ve been reading the boards for a LONG time. Why did it take you so long to post?
As I said, I started with the Spoilers board which is serious business. You don’t post crap over there. And I didn’t want to get flamed on my first post for it not being insightful enough. I think I saw that happen once. When I came over to Off Topic, I saw that it was another world over here – it’s like a party! After I started to get to know the OT personalities, I started thinking about posting. That’s when everyone started getting suspicious of old posters impersonating new posters. I thought I better wait. So I waited. Then everyone got upset about the trolls in chat. I thought, there is no way I’m going to post now. And then there was PigFace, so brave to start posting in the midst of all the controversy. And he received a warm welcome. So, a few days later I saw a post that I wanted to respond to. So, it’s PigFace that gave me the courage to post.
So who are your favorite posters?
I have many favorites here. I’m partial to the funny and brainy posters. And, of course, the people that post on the Spoilers board like Aya, OutFrontGirl, IceCat, Shakes, Sleeeve … Well, there are so many, I can’t list them all.

I think Aymelek has the best sig picture with those twitching hips. Kokoro HAD the best sig line with that “crack in the alliance” line. JV’s a close second, with “I feel … funny.” I also love the wit and sarcasm of the basher babes – they know who they are. And I love Cornertime and the News. I also enjoyed reading the entries in the Story Competition. But you guys were so prolific, I couldn’t keep up. I’d also like to mention the bubbly ItzLisa because she’s so, ummm… bubbly and she ALWAYS has something to say (hon, I mean that in a GOOD way!). And, I must mention DangerKitty, who was the first person to believe me without waffling. But if I were to only pick one, then I would pick IceCat. I love all the winking, kissing, wiggling, and flapping that’s going on. Not to mention the new SB logo.
Do you think your answer could have been any longer? You’ve mentioned every single person on this board!

So you started out on spoilers. Do you have any theories you want to take credit for?

A few weeks ago, we were discussing our phobias. Do you have any you would like to share?
Well, OK, but I don’t think this is a good idea. I’m terrified of bugs, except for ladybugs and butterflies. I’m sorry to mention butterflies because I know several of you don’t like them. I’m especially afraid of spiders and those jumping crickets that look like spiders. And to me, SIZE MATTERS! The bigger the bug, the scarier it is. I used to totally freak out when a bug landed on me. I’d start screaming and jumping up and down. Someone else would have to flick the bug off of me. I knew (as I was doing it) I was being totally irrational but I couldn’t help myself. I mean, irrational fear, that is what a phobia is all about. I can at least flick the bugs off of myself now, but not without a huge adrenaline rush, my heart starts pounding and feels like it’s jumped into my throat. I also don’t like to have to kill the bugs that get into the house. If Mr. MIS is home, I yell for him to come and kill it. Then every single time, I have to ask “Are you sure it’s dead?”, and I make him flush it down the toilet. I don’t want it in the trash, it’s like I think it will come back to life. My Uncle and his girlfriend gave me a “bug vacuum” as a gift one year. It works pretty good. At least I don’t have to get too close to suck them up.
Is there anything else you want to tell us?
Well, I’m kind of embarrassed to admit this but I don’t know HTML. But I’m trying to learn it, so I can make my posts pretty. 
I’ve been married to Mr. MIS for 21 years. We don’t have any children, but we do have two pet bunnies. They’re litter-box trained and live in the house with us. I’d love to show them off, but I don’t know how to do pictures.
