Reasons to get rid of her were minimal and on any other editon of Survivor, it would've been Shawna. But that's how the cookie crumbles, I guess.

Related question: why did Jiffy hide the vote for Christy? Usually they show all the votes for the non-bootee, to draw out the suspense as long as possible. So why weren't the votes read as something like: S J C S J J J? That would leave the possibility of a 3-3 tie between Shawnee and Joanna alive until the very last moment.
