IT'S BOATMAN!!The sub, the hat, the scrambled letters.
They are all good clues. But did anyone notice in the
episode with the sub another clue. Everytime they showed
Boatman (especially the scene where he had to jump, the camera did a SPINNING motion. Mind the word "Spin" as in SPIN CITY. Also during that same episode, whenever the title came up, there was a green spinning motion going on there. It is clearly visible to see without putting it in slow motion.
