LAST EDITED ON 08-07-02 AT 03:43 PM (EST) With the many hidden clues which hinted to the true identity of the mole, I found it obvious Bill would turn out the be the mole in the end. Yet, would he have been our prime suspect without the clues?? I'm really curious to know if anybody would have suspected Bill as being the mole if there weren't hidden clues, if we just had to rely on our observations of how each person acted and played each game. If it was just based on observation, I would have said Dorothy was the mole from the very beginning. Actually, I did, but other players got in the way and confused me. Anyway, I would like to hear who you would have thought the mole was WITHOUT the hidden clues. SpYgUy

If I did not visit these boards I would not have known all the spoiler clues. However, Bill would still have been my primary suspect, but obviously I would not have been as sure as I was without the hidden words/telegram clues. It would probably have been 85% Bill, 13% Heather, and 2% Dorothy. I knew D wasn’t the mole when she came up with “mistrustfulness.” Heather got 13% only because Bill took the money in the last ep.
However, since it was pretty clear it was Bill half way thru the show given all the clues, I suspected Bill 100% by the end.

Actually, the clues were what made me so adamant about it not being Bill. I couldn't believe Stone and Stanley's stupidity at just handing us the mole, so I was hoping there was something more, and there wasn't. Of course, I did think Bill when he dropped out of the game, and I'd even suspected the foul play in episode 2 that HE brought up the exemption. It didn't seem like something Ali, Lisa, or Bribs would do. Would I however admit so on the boards or even to friends? No, because I like to be different.

Suspect Bill? Never! I still think Heather is the mole. Okay, NOW I'm in denial.
Bill was a lousy mole, dontcha think? Why did he add the last $100k to the pot? If Heather and Dot didn't know he was the mole by that time, somebody was pretty high on something illegal. Oh well.
Did ya feel that it was totally anticlimatic too (like New Year's Eve in 2000)? Like the wise (wo)men say, it's the journey, not the goal, that make life interesting.
