I cannot stand Rose and Joe Pesci's nasty uncle (hehee!) ANd the other couple (I don't know their names) with them. WHat a crock of spit to totally throw the whole thing. Yes, it is a game, but you are hurting yourself too dumbo! My question is- When will the re-do's on the crappy work take place? Because if someone has the money to buy one of these places, they are certainly gonna want their baseboards to be solid and not pieced together. Will they end up getting real contractors to come in and fix their crap or will they have a chance to go back and redo some of the things they were rushed on? I love how quickly things get done though. I really liked the dark grout and tile in the one bathroom, but what the hell do I know? Apparently not enough to live in Malibu! Next thing you know, I'll be buying a pre-fab vanity! Sam is sooooooo freaking defensive. I would have been able to stand her for about as long as the artist chick. I hated to see them go. I thought they did good work. And I loved that she never let Sam get away with her attitude. The Boys (B and L?) are so talented. Did you see that vanity they built?! Beautiful. And the bedroom that won last week was awesome. Very stream-lined and classy looking. If I were on the show, I would make every room as simple as possible. No stripes, no crazy colors. I was totally shocked last night that the losers didn't lose! I loved what the one guy said to Barney and his wrecking crew. BUT------- I HATE the host!!! The pauses are gonna drive me crazy. SPEAK for GAW's sake!!! And that lame-##### horn that putters out like a dud. They need a gong or something! Or maybe he could have a squawking parrot on his shoulder!!   Top

"RE: I" Part of the reason I loved lastnight's ep was that we just finished doing our master bath and we did alot of tiling. So I could relate to that. We used alot of Italian tumbled marble tile. And after we were done we had no shelves in the shower and it was funny to hear them keep mentioning that on the show. But I now have shelving. I love my double jacuzzi tub too. It is one of my fave rooms in my house. But there was no way we would have completed it in that short time. So I was impressed with how some of them worked so quickly.   Top

The pauses are gonna drive me crazy. I don't know if the host is putting those pauses in or if FOX is editing them in. The reason I say this is because on Paradise Hotel and Forever Eden these same pauses were there. One way to tell is to watch and see if the pauses are during face time for the host. I am gonna bet that many of those pauses are edited rather than actual pauses by the host! Brad and Lew have a great sense of style...eloquent style! I think it is Lew that has built the cabinet which was absolutely beautiful and he is very talented! I can certainly see why no one on the show would wanna go against Brad and Lew in the finals!
