ejm92 2221 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Roller Coaster Inaugurator" 04-03-03, 00:36 AM (EST) "AI2 Anti-Bootee Game, W4 Results/W5 Entry" Such a boring, sucky week. Not a lot happened in the Anti-Bootee Game this week, it was our first week of eliminations but Ryan Seacrest decided to spoil our fun and keep everyone safe. There were many three point bonkers though, many of you chose Trenyce and Kim Locke to be on your safe list, and a few chose Carmen...consider yourselves lucky, Seacrest spared you! Get it together, this week is for real....err....we hope it is.... Anyways, the only eventful moment of the week was the Randy "Dawg" bonus. After intense deliberation, I have decided that the magic number for this week is 13.....if you want the Dawg breakdown, check back to last week's thread. The lone person to get the full bonus, Asrai, got bumped up 5 big bonus points for picking 13. She's the big gainer of the week, whooping everyone with a huge 9 point gain. Many of you got two or three point bonuses, but the majority got a big zero for the Randy Dawg Bonus. It was GuessItRains, who forgot to make picks for this week, that was our bottom dweller, with a big 6 point hit. Carmen Rasmusen Clay Aiken Joshua Gracin Kimberley Locke Kimberly Caldwell Rickey Smith Ruben Studdard Trenyce One point apiece for the safe Idols, minus three if they are in the Bottom Three (Or Bottom Two, Whenever They Switch Over), but you're OUT if they're out. There are also ways to earn BONUS points, we have two ways this week....... The Randy Dawg Bonus (RDB) - Alright, you cats know how this breaks down. Each week, judge Randy Jackson likes to make his peeps feel at home by callin' them dawg....your job is to guess how many times Randy will say "Dawg" in this week's Tuesday Night show. I am changin' the point system to make things run smooth...since it's such a hard thing to pick Randy's dawgness, you get a big 5 points for picking the number correctly. If you're one dawg off, you get a 3 point bonus. If you're two dawgs off, we'll be nice and give 'ya a 1 point bonus. No penalty for tryin', but you gotta be a top dawg to get the points. BONUS Question - Also going to do a weekly bonus question to help some of us bottom dwellers out, but it just might backfire and send you top dawgs even further ahead. Here is this week's bonus question....What Is The Phone Number To Vote For Clay Aiken This Week? Yup...it's totally random, but your job is to guess what the phone number will be. No penalty for trying, but ONLY those who get it correct will get the 3 point bonus. ALSO, adding a brand new policy, sorta going along with LionChow's ABC rule. The deadline for entries is Tuesday at 8:00pm Eastern, and I might cut some slack for you slackers....if you are totally bewildered by a horrible performance of one of your safe list-ees on Tuesday Night, between Tuesday's performance show and Wednesday's results show you can REPLY to your original pick post and change your picks, in order to save yourself from being booted. However, there is a mandatory 5 point penalty for doing this, but at least you'll still be in the game....remember, don't edit your picks, reply. Have fun, entries due by 8 on AI2esday!
