LAST EDITED ON 05-04-04 AT 04:39 PM (EST) On a number of the Reality TV World forums, we'll vote each week on who gets the boot on the different shows. Last week, this forum did a fabulous job of a) following the rules (for the most part) and b) correctly identifying John Stevens (aka Bacon's little brother) as the one sent out of the spotlight to butcher the Song of Shame (as opposed to the Walk of Shame). Let's see if we can correctly identify the bootee for AI this week. Here are the voting rules: 1. Reply only to the original message. Curves on women are good. Curves on voting threads are not. 2. When you hit reply, replace the subject line with the name of your designated AI reject. So instead of "RE: Voting Thread: Who's Going Home This Week?", your subject line would be "Diana". 3. Want to explain your reasoning? Want to speculate on the bottom three? Want to speculate on whether these folks will butcher Big Band as badly as they did Gloria Estefan? Explain it in the body of your message. 4. You can't fake it on big band tunes, you have to SING, and sing well. She and Diana will both be in trouble this week, IMO, but Jasmine will get the boot. Last week she was in the top group, so her fans will not worry so much this week. While voters rally to save George and Jasmine, Fantasia will be forgotten. definitely safe this week: George and Jasmine (although one of them will get the boot next week) bootpick: Fantasia alternate pick: Diana also at risk: LaToya For those of you who are skeptics, the chart correctly picked John to go last week, and Jennifer to go the week before. The only thing I can see saving Fantasia this week is if they let her sing last. In 3 seasons, the person singing last has never been the one booted that week. IF she sings last, I'll change my pick to Diana.   Top

The producers clearly wanted to save Fantasia this week... had she sung anywhere else but last, I'm certain she would have gone home tonight. That placement, along with the judges raves, will save her for this week. Diana will go home instead, she gave a 'just-okay' performance, sang first, and was forgotten. Her fans assumed she was safe, and didn't go out of their way to vote for her. Fantasia will be in the bottom two, and then get sent back to the couches safe.   Top

He has overcome a mountain of obstacles to be there, and it would be a great underdog story, even if he just gets to top 3. Fantasia can leave a huge impact with her song choices, and it would be nice to see her in the top 3, too. Diana will more than likely follow Jas next week, and LaToya is more than likely going to make it to the top 3, too. Talent wise, I see Latoya/Fantasia (although I would probably not buy either CD).
