Spokesperson" 04-04-05, 01:41 PM (EST) "April 3 Episode- my views " Alright, first things first: - whats with the East side and not getting any airtime? like, what kind of a reward was that . going to NBC studios? come on. Lol joking joking.. it was just funny. they usually show more of the reward part and, the others seemed to be a tad better. its all good though !! - that challenge was HILARIOUS omg!! Jessie haha: "I feel like a horse" , and him sliding down that hill haha classic - i couldn't stand to watch Brent get pummeled! poor guy - And now, for the whole Anthony thing: Ok, I, along with some of you guys here, think straight up he is a pussy. K some of you said how the whole Brent & God thing was like overrated or something (if i understood correctly), um what about Anthony and his kids? There was not like one segment where he didnt mention his darn kids. That really irked my a$$. Yes it is a game and he's not there to make friends bla bla thats totally understandable, but if he wanted to fight Brent, ok, fight brent, he easily could have told his teammates thats what he wanted. I don't think they should have pre-determined the fights tho. And if the West side gave him a hard time about it, who cares, its your decision , but he shoulda told them, that was weak. He really gets on my nerves now.. I didn't like Ishe before but now he's grown on me, and i hope he rips anthony apart. I'm guessing its gonna be juan vs tarick, and jimmy vs joey.. but i hope to see ishe and anthony. that would be a war!! that was my vent for the day.   Top

"RE: April 3 Episode- my views " LAST EDITED ON 04-04-05 AT 11:12 PM (EST) Ok, now my 2 cents.... I like Peter and am glad he is back. In fact, I like all the guys. One thing though, it seems that Peter is having to work harder than the others, for these reasons. All the others got a rest after they won a fight and didn't have to fight again, but Peter did. Also, the others after they won a fight got to sit out of the challenges the next day and so on, but Peter didn't get to do that either. On the issue of Anthony, I agree with what he did (on one hand). Yes it was bad, but if he told them, they would have thrown the challenge, so he had to keep quiet. On the other hand, I agree with what Alfonso said, that he didn't have to be so "evil" about it (my words). He could have acted like he was even a little bit concerned whether Brent was really hurt bad or not, but he didn't even look at him, talk to him, whatever. He just went on with his business. He also never said a thing about being sorry it had to turn out that way, and sorry Brent got hurt. But, I remember when Sergio beat Najai. Right when they lifted Sergio up, he smacked his chest with his glove and gave the most awful look to Najai, who looked like his life was over. Now knowing what happened to Najai, that bothers me. (That photo is on the NBC Contender website if you want to see it). I know Sergio was in the moment, and didn't mean it the way it looked, he seems like a really nice guy. Also, I'm beginning to think that Anthony wants to win this more than any of the others, he seems to be willing to do anything to get it. On the subject of Ishe getting so mad at Anthony. It wasn't that long ago that Ishe got extremely upset when he thought his teammates were telling him who he was supposed to fight (Ahmed). He kept saying, "I pick my own fights", etc., etc., so why does he think Anthony doesn't want to do the same thing? I don't think they should be setting up the matches ahead of time and telling everyone who is going to fight who. What is the point of the challenges? Just my two cents. P.S. I LOVE this show!   Top
