RealityRyan 218 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Network TV Show Guest Star" 01-25-04, 02:33 AM (EST) "The Obligatory PTTE Thread" Righty, so which one of these scary lovely ladies do you think will make it all the way to the end and win a MISS Tyra brand (tm) modeling contract? My Final 4- April: All the judges seem to think she's hot stuff, and she seems to have what it takes to make it to the end Mercedes: She's a lot less neurotic than most of the other girls and this will get her far Catie: So far, she's the Elyse of this season in that she's the "It Girl"- she can do no wrong. Let's see if this holds up. Yoanna: It wouldn't be a MISS Tyra final 4 unless there was at least one diamond in the rough. She also causes drama (at least more so than the other 3 girls) and drama=good for reality TV ratings. My Final 2- Catie, Yoanna "Winner"- Yoanna DMNW DMNW DMNW DMNW!!!SWM!   Top

Her arrogant performance as a beauty product rep. almost toasted her, and her "attitude" has been a problem. April needs to work on expressing a bit more joy. She comes across sometimes with all the pizazz of a systems analyst. Shandi has her own kind of beauty, but underwater, whoo! She looked like a siren who could haunt harbors! "RE: The Obligatory PTTE Thread" Hey - I love this show, but haven't yet joined in on any discussions, so I figure this is a great place to start! After watching the first three episodes, I would have to pick the following as my final four: 1. Mercedes - great comments from the judges, and the biggest thing was last episode I believe the photographer said that he had a hard time picking a photo for her because there were so many. 2. April - same as Mercedes 3. Shandi - they like the whole we're-making-this-ugly-duckling-into-a-beautiful-girl and in turn a great model. Yah, the walking is scary, but wasn't almost everyone's not up to par? (Then again, I think Xiomara's was worse - she freaked me out!) 4. Sara - she's a beautiful girl, but nothing memorable except her hair? Yoanna would be my 5th. I think Xiomara, Jenascia and Catie have their days numbered, Camille's attitude isn't too pleasant and will be booted soon. Overall, I've enjoyed this season, but last year's was better (so far!) Elyse and Adrianne were great! Can't wait to see how this ends...   Top

"RE: The Obligatory PTTE Thread" Well, realizing that we've been albe to see these girls on a more personal tip, then unfortunately their attitudes, personalities, and characters play a big part in our judging them. If we were only able to see them model or in photos, we would feel alot differently, at least I would. Knowing this, I will pretend that I haven't seen any of the episodes and that I've only had the opportunity to see them model or see several photos of them. My picks are as follows: 1. Yoanna = America's Top Model 2. April = First Runner UP 3. Camille = 2nd Runner UP 4. Mercedes = 3rd Runner UP I don't know, with all the playing on Camille, I wouldn't be surprised if she's chosen America's Next Top Model. Because from the very beginning, Tyra felt that Camille had the right type of attitude to win. I believe Tyra still feels that way, but cannot admit it on air. We'll see. Hmmmmm.   Top

"RE: The Obligatory PTTE Thread" My Final 4: Sara: She's beautiful and has the right stuff. No personality glitches, and a glamorous face and demeanor. Mercedes: She's very straightforward, pretty and has a good attitude. If her health doesn't worsen, she's in it for the count. Catie: Her kittenish cuteness and style are great assets. She seems to be getting stronger as times goes on. Yoanna: She's beautiful in a sort of Nordic way. I think she would do better without the punky hairdo, but she's definitely in the running. Final two: Sara and Catie. Winner: Sara.
