The rules of the Rock Draw were changed/clarified after being improperly used at the Final 4 of Marquesas where ONLY Paschal should have been drawing a rock since Vecepia had Immunity, Neleh and Kathy were tied 2-2.
Rock Draw would NOT be used at Final 4 (since only 1 person would be eligible to draw a rock) and instead Fire Making has been the Final 4 Tie Breaker.
However those Rock Draw rules were written before Immunity Idols were invented. With idols in play up to and including the Final 5 Tribal Council there can now be 1 or even ZERO players eligible to draw a rock. For instance:
Final 5 Tie with 1 idol = 1 Eligible or with 2 idols NO ONE Eligible Final 6 Tie with 2 idols = 1 Eligible to draw a rock
So perhaps the Rock Draw Tie Breaker rules were changed to state that at least 2 players have to be eligible to pull a rock otherwise Fire Making Tie-Breaker is used?
