Let us consider the contestant known as Kass.Takes any words of judgment against her personally. No matter what they are, how they were delivered, or whether those words were meant to judge at all. Every time.
Cares nothing about confidentiality, loyalty to those she works with, or the established proceedings of good order over pointless chaos which isn't getting her anywhere to begin with.
Throws away all semblance of morals and reason in the pursuit of a profit she is assuredly never going to find.
Will happily destroy everything in her path if it gains her the illusion of power, even when illusion is all it's ever going to be.
Has no ability to assemble a jury which will work in her favor, much less read what's going on with those whose votes determine how it all works out.
And she's a lawyer.
