OUCH, boy it looks incredibly painful. I hope they are all done fathering children... So, who is Sarah ready to get out. Woo may say ok, but his face sure doesn't say it...I wonder if they will not throw it? Tony looks like he's dragging Lindsay through the course. I also get a heavy misdirection vibe from the promo. While they appear to be on the same page of "getting him out", I fear their plan will be foiled, somehow, someway. The tribes have divided their teams as such: The non-blindfolded caller from the top of the tower: Brawn: Cliff Beauty: Morgan Brains: Tasha The blindfolded pulley operator: Brawn: ?Trish, Beauty: Jeremiah Brains: J'Tia Blindfolded teams collecting the bundles: Brawn: Tony and Lindsay Beauty: LJ and Jefra Brains: Spencer and Kass At one point Tony is wandering by himself, I wonder if Lindsay will let him wander?   Top

So, I'm becoming convinced that the challenge-throw idea comes to naught. First and foremost, Woo, whom we see Sarah approaching about the idea, doesn't seem at all the type to go along with it. And while Sarah may be upset with Tony for lying to her, her tribemates may just not see it as that big a deal if he's pulling his weight in general. Of course, it could still be Cliff that Sarah is referring to, but either way I have a feeling that she won't attract any comers. The "struggling" castaway I suspect is Jtia. So while Tasha may appear to be "melting down" in the caps, it may be because Jtia has f-ed up yet again. So I think Jtia is in the most trouble.   Top

The challenge caps so far are from the Reward Challenge. The RC is named "Haulin' Oats" by production. And while originally planned for 5 on each tribe, it is apparently being run with 4 per tribe. No immunty idols present. Sarah and Woo are sitting out for Aparri and Morgan is sitting out for Solana. FP has already called the players/positions. Also notice the 3 'Fish Traps' by Aparri's first "fence". 3 types of items ('Oat Bag' 'Fish Trap' and 'Grass Bale') grouped together in 6 different areas around the 'field'. (from the dreamteam) The tribe's are free to choose in what order they get their items, so where there is a pile of items, no one has gone there. Whereas if only 1 item remains (or none) than someone is behind. Here is Tony and Lindsey with the Aparri 'Oat Bag' Notice Luzon's 'Oat Bag' in the bottom right corner. Here is LJ and Alexis with a 'Fish Trap' Notice Aparri's 'Fish Trap' behind them. (and Luzon's is gone.) Nothing to tell us really (as a shot of a caller's tower later on in the game would be more telling) other than these 2 caps above are both from a tad later in the game. Regardless of who wins, what this Reward challenge will do is set up for...'a meltdown at a reward challenge could mark the end for one struggling castaway' Does this look like a meltdown?...   Top

Solana with 1 'Fish Trap' and 1 'Grass Bale' on the way. Here is Aparri with 2 'Fish Traps' and 1 'Grass Bale' in the tower while the 2nd 'Grass Bale' falls of the elevator. Notice also, 1 of their 'Oat Bags' in the bottom right. And here is Luzon with 2 "Grass Bales", 2 'Fish Traps' and 1 "Oat Bag" and 1 more 'Oat Bag' about to be hauled in. Luzon for RC win. OR Aparri already won, but Luzon comes in 2nd. Either way, I think Solana loses the RC.   Top

I went to CBSexpress.com and found the press images, but no idea how to get time stamps. First thing that stands out is that Cliff is not shooting for his tribe in the IC? WOOOOT? Maybe they are going to throw it? I agree with Tribephyl regarding the RC. I think that the Brains are actually doing better than the Beauty's. Brawn has probably flown through it, even with their mishap of the fallen elevator with the hay... This picture... Body language says that they are miserable with each other.   Top

At 11:09 there no balls in anyone’s hoops, and everyone has balls in their baskets. Three minutes later, at 11:12 Two (at least) are shown in Brain's hoop. So they are ahead? Solana off to an early lead: 3 minutes later we have shots of Jeremiah throwing a ball towards the hoop and at least 1 other ball in the basket. We also have Aparri with 2 balls in their basket. Aparri lags behind: It's hard to tell but 1 minute later it appears as if Aparri still has 2 balls in their basket and cliff is swimming back (possibly with 3rd ball). Solana has 3 balls in their basket and Jeremiah is throwing a ball towards their hoop. LJ and Jefra are swimming for post throw ball retrieval. Luzon looks to have 2 (or 3) balls in their basket and Spencer is returning with the 3rd (or 4th) ball. Luzon closes the gap: 1 minute later... Spencer is tossing the 4th ball towards the hoop. 3 balls in basket. 1 minute later... Spencer tossing ball #3. 1 ball remains in basket. 1 minute later... Luzon has AT LEAST 2 balls in their hoop. I think Brawn must lose and go to TC but their plan backfires somehow, otherwise they wouldn't be making it look so much like a done deal in all the promos. Tony may get wind of it (thanks to his "spy shack"?) and use his HII at TC -- or, he may make it known that he has an HII, forcing them to target someone else. I don't think Tony is leaving.   Top

We were just hit over the head with how happy she is about the blue blood alliance. Sarah and Cliff are bound. Then, in the misdirection clues, one tribe considers "benching" one of their strongest members...again this is Cliff. But, I think this is misdirection, I am starting to think that it will be the struggling tribe member at the RC that may have a meltdown, Lindsay.   Top

Most likely the Brawn try to lose the challenge, but something goes wrong and they do not boot Cliff or they don't get the chance to because we know eventually that Cliff gets up to throw for baskets. He's a pro, and that's a wide rim. Will Cliff outperform in the challenge thus leaving the Brains to go back to TC? We see that J'Tia is giving up on collecting missed shots... You said you think that the "meltdowner" is J'Tia. If the brains go back to TC and J'Tia is the one that sends them there, while Spencer is indispensible, then J'Tia is the meltdowner that is our boot story. Just sayin' it fits with the misdirection clues. Food for thought.   Top

How is Solana's Grass Bale hanging there in mid air in FRONT of their platform?! Is Alexis holding on to it or is it in the process of falling down? In the TVGN Preview showing the Haulin' Oats Reward Challenge John Kirhoffer says: "Everybody else will race out to pick up their bags of rice, their bundles of hay and their fish traps. Once they get all 10 items, brought back, dropped them over, hoist them to the top, and the first two tribes win some kind of a reward. " The 10th item is the tribe's flag. Here you can see all 3 tribe flags behind LJ and Jefra Here is Tony and Lindsey returning with Aparri's tribe flag. Maybe Aparri (Brawn) comes in 2nd since we saw the chicken coop behind Alexis (Solana/Beauty) Flowerpower1: "First thing that stands out is that Cliff is not shooting for his tribe in the IC? WOOOOT? Tribes will stay out on a platform. They will dive down, hold onto a rope, collect buoys. First to one meter, then two meters, all the way down to five meters. When the Dream Teamers did this challenge they did it with 4 on each team with one person having to dive twice Aparri(Brawn) starts with Woo NOT wearing nor holding a mask. Trish and Sarah are holding a mask. Solana(Beauty) starts with LJ wearing a mask, Jefra going second putting on a mask. Luzon(Brains) starts with J'Tia wearing a mask. Tasha going second wearing a mask. Non Divers have to remain on the mat at the back of the platform In this photo Woo, Trish, and Sarah appear to all be wet so I believe there is actually a third buoy in their basket behind the other two but they are FAR behind Solana who is already shooting so they must have retrieved all five buoys already! So in this photo... One of Aparri's masks is on the basket platform and I don't see the other one. I think both Trish and Sarah (both originally holding masks) have both already completed getting their buoys (2nd and 3rd) and that probably Cliff is wearing the other mask (or he put his on the platform). So I believe Cliff is returning with the 4th (4m) buoy and Woo is getting ready to dive for the 5th (5m) buoy. Solana obviously has retrieved all 5 buoys (most likely 1m:LJ, 2m:Jefra, 3m:Morgan, 4m:Jeremiah, 5m:LJ) and is already shooting. For Luzon I believe J'Tia, Tasha, and Kass have retrieved the 1m, 2m, and 3m buoys respectively and Spencer is returning with the 4m buoy. It looks like Tasha is getting ready to dive in to retrieve the 5m buoy. tribephyl: "Spencer is tossing the 4th ball towards the hoop. 3 balls in basket." If you look closely, there is a 4th buoy in the basket behind the buoy on the far right Luzon has shot 2 buoys into the basket but it appears J'Tia is exhausted and is no longer helping to retrieve missed shots so probably Kass is having to retrieve all the missed shots by herself! If Aparri tries to throw this challenge they may really have to do poorly (especially Cliff who would look foolish not being able to make a basket) to lose to Luzon. This isn't important at all but you can see that production added a ladder, skirting around the platform and a coil of rope next to the basket. What is the coil of rope for?!?!   Top
