In most of the group shots Monica is occluding Gervase's neck area from being seen but in the first distant group shot it looks like there might be something around his neck.
If that's true, that means the third rock drawer is Ciera, Monica, or Hayden and the other two were the tie vote.
That assumes no one found and played the Hidden Immunity Idol as that would reduce the number of people drawing rocks down to only two (Tyson and Katie)
Highly unlikely but there also could have been a 2-2-2 tie, re-vote and 1-1-1 tie, and rock draw with 3 tied people safe, Immunity Challenge winner safe, and only 2 people drawing rocks.
