Well I've been neither watching the show nor reading spoilers, but Jeff's remark came after the vote occurred, not before. So he knew two HIIs were revealed, neither was played, and neither person was booted. A 20/20 hindsight commentary, as it were -- especially significant to edit in if either of those persons ends up winning. I don't really see how the HII holders missed opportunities.
