I don't think they're stuck with the Carter/the 1st person because we have vidcaps of both Denise and Russell carrying the pots on the poles. So maybe they each run through individually and do as much as they can? I do think it's 3v3v3 and does seem unfair that the other tribes didn't each have to play a woman to equalize things. Or as others have noted, some women on other tribes have yet to be in challenge. Maybe all 3 take turns getting the pots to the end, then the last person does the smashing? Appears to be strategy involved in the order/sequence, given that Denise, Mike and Carter are 1st....you want your strongest for cleanup.
