Finally, someone who agrees with me. They are equally abusive. At the beginning of the race last night, when they first leave the Pit Stop, in her brief interview, Victoria comments left the impression that she clearly thinks that she and Jon have a healthy relationship. Personally, I find Jon’s antics entertaining.

All I can say is last night further confirmed what I and other posters have said all along: Victoria is a abused and Jonathan is an abuser.Victoria's screaming, whining and childlike behavior is very emblematic of one who has been or is currently abused. There are two types of behaviors most commonly exemplified by victims of abuse: Internalizing behaviors include anxiety/depression, withdrawal, and somatic complaints. Externalizing behaviors include attention problems, aggressive behavior, and rule-breaking actions. We are seeing the externalized version of those and her relationship with Jonathan demonstrates that they have well established patterns that accompany each respective behavior. In other words, every action causes a reaction. If Jonathan spoke to his child the way he speaks to Victoria we would be calling Child Protetective Services but because she is his wife we are given to believe she is ranting raving loon that somehow "caused" the problem or is part of it as she would leave, being that she is an adult and has free will. With an emotionally healthy and stable adult one would say yes, but in this case her behavior confirms that she has resorted to child-like actions as a method of coping in the situation. Her threat of suicide and Jonathan's desire for her to do so is just another example of how damaged this relationship is. Dysfunctional communication occurs most often in conflict and certainly Bolo/Lori and Hayden/Aaron exemplify that and they both have geniune problems but neither are abusive. If you find this relationship an example of entertainment or that is deserved or acceptable as they are both consenting adults then you have no real concept of what defines "abuse" and nothing anyone on this board or in real life can convince you otherwise. Two of a kind, up to a point. They say the empty barrel makes the loudest sound, and given the volume levels from these two, I'd say that they are lacking in the brains department. The exception is that Jonathan is running a "smart" race. Victoria appears to be going through the motions, without any deep thoughts or insights. Jonathan at least scopes the competition, knows his strong points and is willing to drop an idea in favor of a better solution ( i.e. climb vs. boat slide). If only porn queen Victoria would have given 2% participation in finding the buoys, they would have been finished sooner. Jonathan performed flawlessly, diving for the clues. I'm tired of watching her half-hearted actions in this race. Suck it up and race, and stop trying to be media whores. Together they barely make one racer, let alone a team.

Entertaining? No way.
Deserving of each other? No one deserves to be abused.
Two of a kind? More like a matched pair, locked in a sick trap. They are alike in that they are both repulsive to watch.
