Well, if both Flopo and Suzzee are agreeing about Coach potentially outlasting Ozzy, I am feeling even better about that feeling. And thanks, Flowerpower, for the congrats on the Master's Degree. Feels great to have it done!
Some more confessional thoughts:
Brandon appears to be a journey player based on his confessionals. He says his point in being here is to change the course of his family name. Once he's done that (and I definitely think he will), his story will end and he'll be gone. He could also have a journey where he comes to accept those who don't fit his view of how things should be - Mikayla on his tribe and Papa Bear on the other tribe. Brandon came across to me as a sincere, but very young man (he's only 19!) who has a lot of room to grow. I do not see him winning unless the tone of his confessionals change.
Sophie's confessional gives us a window into the alliance of five. She says at least two of them are sincere. She says Brandon is not - he's hiding something. So two of the following three are sincere: Albert, Rick and Coach. I think Rick is definitely going to come across as sincere. What you see is what you get. With Coach's history, my guess is she thinks Albert is also sincere, leaving Coach as a possibility, but not definite. Sophie, Albert and Rick could be the deciders on this tribe. Add in Mikayla, who is not afraid to get her hands dirty which is going to be looked at positively by Rick and Albert and probably Sophie, and there you go. And it stands to reason Coach can solidify his place in the alliance eventually. The question is, Can Brandon once he comes clean?
Cochran is the most interesting character, but I'll save that for the editing thread since it's not all about confessionals.
