Unless the challenge is a game of pick-up-sticks I don't see how they can fit everyone into the arena. Family visit could be done simply as a reward for having made it this far.
The walk to challenge with the phone box could be a walk to the arena with the phone bax. Sacrifice is somehow related.
I wouldn't mind seeing Amber but for the too pregnant to travel factor. Rob could talk to Amber on the phone, maybe gives that up knowing she can't participate in a family visit.
