I told my hubby they should do an average Jane, and he said it would never float because it wouldn't make the network money because no men would want to watch all the average girls. In his words heavy girls.

Mel is typical of most women, she has a secretive, and amorphous view on what she wants in a man. She says that looks are not important to her, that she is looking for someone with *personality* and *inner beauty*, but we have learned that is not true. So the guys she cut, whom already know they are not that good looking, are effectively told that they no have personality or inner beauty either. The guy in a Average Jane show would be more honest, so much so, that the show would cease to be entertaining.

it wouldn't be as exciting because for one, guys usually tell THE TRUTH about who they want, and alot now know that if they star on average Joe/JILL, they're getting AVERAGE people
