Odd topic to bump ...but the edit is created after the fact, you know that. Fabio DID win, so then they figure out how best to set him up for that. During the filming, when Holly got to F4, it's very possible that the producers wanted Holly to win, and didn't want an all male F3. But it's not what happened. If she had won, no doubt her edit would have been different as well, and Fabio would probably have been edited as a goofy journey player without the "I'm smarter than you think" edit and the "whoa, dude, that was so close, I almost got booted" storyline.
