michel 10958 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 04-07-10, 10:50 PM (EST) "Survivor Episode #9 Title: "Survivor History"" The title for episode #9 was^posted by Volcanic Glass at Sucks: http://survivorsucks.yuku.com/topic/67740 "Survivor History" Now, does it mean that they have a challenge about Survivor History or does one of these DAWS actually make history? If it's the latter, will it be something like Ben being the first DQ'd out of a challenge or Russell finding an idol without a clue even if neither was really a first?!   Top

"RE: Survivor Episode #9 Title: "Survivor History"" From what I've read of the spoilers, that play spans 2 episodes. The groundwork is done in Ep. 9 when the HII gets passed during a challenge (which could very well be a "first" and thus Survivor History). But the Heroes don't realize they've been "played" until the merge (Ep. 10).   Top

"RE: Survivor Episode #9 Title: "Survivor History"" ofg, did I read somewhere that ep 10, 2 HIIs are used? or am i imagining? bc it doesn't seem that if things go as previews show JT giving to Russhell the HI in ep 9 that they would need more than 1 in ep 10...Russhell finds out who they are voting for (probably Parvati) and she uses the heroes' HI and it's 5 votes for the hero   Top

"Many people think 1 hero and 1 villain play the idols at the merge tribal council. This isn't true. Parvati hands an idol to Sandra and another to Jerri. She's told by Amanda that the heroes are voting for Sandra. Sandra and Jerri play the idols and JT is eliminated." Also, "Initially the boot target is Parvati until she wins immunity." And finally, "Jerri gets the 5 Heroes' votes. Amanda tells Parvati it's Sandra, but Amanda is lying." A tribe glows in Brooklyn   Top

So at F10 vote everyone on the villains tribe is "covered" but the non entity Danielle (Russhell protected bc of "alleged girl alliance") If the Heroes had been smart they would have orchestrated Danielle's boot just like the Edjardo boot (still one of my faves) ..but JT's passing HI to Russhell with the other Heroes' blessings shows just how "smart" the Heroes were I guess the only question I have is how did Parvati/Villains know to give the other HI to Jerri and not Danielle?   Top

I really wish that Rupert and JT hadn't been so open about the girls alliance thing last night -- they totally tipped off Parv/Russell and played into their hands. OFG and FloPo, totally agree with you: - I am cringing already for poor JT at the reunion! And wasn't there a rumor that he gets into a fistfight with Russell at Ponderosa at some point? I usually feel that Stephen's analysis is spot-on, but c'mon, there's a HUGE difference between handing off an HII to someone who's in your alliance and on your own tribe vs. giving it to someone you don't even know who's on the other tribe!   Top

I still think that New York Jewish intellectual didn't appeal to that jury. I liked Stephen a lot, but I think the geeky city boy thing did him in, and I hate to say it but a lot of people don't think that a Jewish boy needs money. Stereotyping. Whereas a "Bama Boy needs money to support his ranch and his mamma.   Top

We saw last week how they were lamenting over the fact that JT seems to control their tribe and that if Amanda hadn't walked up on him, they would have never known about the idol. So I would not be surprised if their two votes help to send JT home during ep. 10. "This island is pretty much full of only two things: snakes and rats....
