Snidget 44369 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 02-25-10, 06:40 PM (EST) "Survivor 20 Ep. 3 East Coast Spoiler Thread " Another episode to see if it is possible for people to die from overexposure to the little light that tells you the camera is on. Who shall win, who shall lose, who will go home, will there be even a millisecond of the episode that wasn't spoiled months ago? Keep all answers to those questions and any others on this thread until after the show has aired on the West Coast. I will be running the AI ECST but I figured I started this the last two weeks I'd get it going again. I reserve the right to run and hide over here if the group song ends up being as awful as my fears say it will be.   Top

(And even funnier because it had to be captioned) Russell says in confessional that Coach is a joke and he's tired of being bossed around by Rob but he has to do it for now as a way to get to the top (showing some restraint for once for him). Then he goes and tells Parv everything and exagerates. RussHell now talking about hiding the machete and causing chaos...so the rumor was right.   Top

It's not only a threat, it can be helpful as he saw with Shambutch and Laura. If you don't have the numbers at merge, you can use it as a way in, if you do have the numbers after merge, you can use a few votes to get rid of a threat on your own tribe. Tyson and Coach saw Brendan's cross tribal alliance only as a threat and look where that got them. They don't seem to have learned anything.   Top

And for all we know, he and Coach are banking on using the JT relationship come the merge. Relationships on the other tribe is clearly becoming a huge theme. And they practically knocked us over the head with it when Parv showed her obvious happiness when the Heroes tribe marched in and she saw Steph was voted out. As Randy said, that spoke volumes and should have been a warning to the Villains.   Top

"The Candice storyline" What do you guys think of the Candice storyline tonight? I think I missed part of it, but it appeared to be very manipulated and out of the blue (like it didn't really fit in with the rest of the episode). First there was a scene with JT and Candice talking -- Candice is obviously trying to get on JT's good side, but he says in confessional that she's got him worried, because she's too smart (and JT obviously fears girl power). So then he lies to Cirie and says that Candice says she doesn't trust her. So then Candice goes around asking everyone (Tom, James, Amanda) if they said this to Cirie...but for some reason we're not shown if she approaches JT. Was very interesting from an editing/storyline perspective. It was obviously shown to us so that we know JT is playing the game hard and is willing to lie...but hard to say if this was a good or bad thing from Candice's editing perspective. Perhaps it was just inserted to set up future dynamics and/or next week's boot.   Top

"RE: The Candice storyline" Agreed it's was included to tell JT's story how he's willing to lie this time around and play the game hard (could be his eventual downfall)...but I also got the feeling it was important for Candice's story too. Will have to rewatch it. Seemed to me that it was possibly setting up Candice's future story as an underdog...and perhaps Cirie's boot. I was getting different vibes regarding Candice's edit -- on the one hand we're shown that she's smart and a threat...on the other hand, she looked kinda dumb to be going around asking everyone except JT. Perhaps it was simply setting her up as next week's misdirection boot.   Top
