People... are you folks living in la la land?If you are offered to appear on a television show, and you are an average joe, and there is a requirement to sign this big long restrictive contract, you have TWO choices: 1. You sign it and get to participate in a once in a lifetime experience.
OR
2. You don't sign and you DON'T get to appear on the show. Which do you choose? There's no room to "negotiate" here. You're a nobody. If you don't want to sign the contract, then the producers will just go to their #2 choice. There are millions of Joes in the USA.
