GTmike 1255 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Beef Jerky Spokesperson" 06-30-03, 12:17 PM (EST) "Dead Like Me" This was in interesting new show. It is on Showtime. I want to check out a few more shows to see what it is like. The first show got me. What did y'all think of the show? I really don't like Rebecca Gayheart. I don't understand the facination with her. She is actually quite scary. I hope Jasmine Guy plays a larger role. There is a lot of potential for her role in this show. BTW, the main girl, Georgia (Ellen Muth), is 23!!! She was born in 1981. I couldn't believe it. I thought she was around 16 or 17. I bet she gets carded all the time. She did a very good job of playing her role. I totally believed that she had angst.   Top

Rebecca has fallen quite a ways from her Noxzema/Earth 2 days, even I'll admit she certainly could have looked better in "Dead" -- at a couple of points she seems to be wanted to be challenging Paradise Hotel's Toni for the title of Bug Eye Queen. It's too bad ABC didn't give her "Wasteland" show more of a chance a couple of years ago... they filmed 13 episodes, but I think ABC only ever aired 3-4 of them before pulling it. -SB   Top

It was kinda odd how upbeat the music was, for kinda a dark show. It's one of those concepts that you would never think of. Grim Reapers? Isn't it sad that Georgia has done more being undead, than when she was alive??? A 2003 IceCat original   Top
