"Julia" IMHO the worst performance of the night was actually by Trenyce (who f-d up her lyrics and sounded raspy on her upper register.) But I PRAY the viewers will forgive her one bad week, and instead pick someone - Julia - who has had several bad weeks. Yes, this performance was Julia's best, but that's not saying much! PLEASE take time to vote for Trenyce, though, because I think she is in danger. I can't bear to see her go before Carmen, Corey and Julia!   Top

Julia is just bad. She ruined a beautiful song. The judges said it was her best perforance yet, and they were right. I cringed, but didn't feel the need to vomit. So I guess that was better then her other performances. Crap, that is a really great song too. Am I the only one who thought the background singers were covering up her mistakes? ( Oh and I predicted she would look slutty before she ever took the stage) I was really enjoying this episode, ready to love them all, but Yuck.   Top

The first time I actually liked a Carmen performance. I agree she is not the top of the field, but for once, she didnt suck.   Top

I think she and Josh are the least qualified to be there, but the difference is that this week Josh won some fans with his performance and I don't think anyone really respects Julia's talents any more than they have in previous weeks. So I say Carmen or Trenyce, both would be a shame, b/c Carmen is improving weekly and Trenyce had one "just ok" night after stellar performances. Personally, I hope it's Kim Locke, I just don't like her! Or Rickey. Both have good voices but just don't "do it for me" the way Clay & Ruben do. *Don't mind me. Check my ptte score.
