citywitch 250 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Network TV Show Guest Star" 10-31-08, 07:52 AM (EST) "onion alliance?" I thought Randy "replaced" Bob in the onion alliance with Marcus, Charlie & Corinne. Last night Marcus & Randy voted for Susie but Charlie & Corinne voted for Dan. What's the deal?   Top

My guess is that since they weren't sure if Dan had the HII they didn't want to put all their votes in one basket. Just in case Dan was immune the next vote wouldn't blind side the others.   Top

Clearly, the onions are using their heads, unlike their opponents. They simply voted this way to flush out the idol, if indeed Dan had it. They told Dan the vote was to Suzy, so he would vote that way, and they told Suzy the vote was to Dan. Then, they split their votes, the majority going to Dan, yet if he'd had the idol he would have played it and Suzy then would have been the next to go with the second most votes. This is a bright group and it shows!   Top

This was virtually the same plan Mikey B tried to sell to the Airai tribe at the beginning of last season, but it made Joel's brain hurt too much. This group is bright indeed. Only a twist from the producers will keep them from systematically removing their foes. There are 10 left. The strong onions are Marcus, Charlie and Corinne. I think they also control Randy and Bob, at least as their ticket to get further in the game (they would be fools not to see that this is short sighted). Suzie hasn't shown any game, or she might be smart enough to realize she is next from that tribe (she did get 3 votes!). I wonder if Sugar, seeing the futility of her current tribe, will try to get back into the onion. Marcus is weary of her HII (almost sure she has it), so bringing her into his alliance would be the smartest thing to do. So who's next? I suspect that Crystal and Matty could be next targets. Matty has been the most competitive of the Fangs, and Crystal must scare people with her negative attitude and size. hmm...   Top

Matty, Ken, Crystal, and Sugar vs Onion Alliance of Marcus, Corrinne, Charlie and Randy. That leaves Bob and Susie as the swings. Susie has to know she's low on the totem pole after last night's vote. So she'd swing over to the others if she has the chance. Bob is more likely to stay where he is. If there's no merge, then perhaps Susie gets booted this week. Then they merge and it could all come down to the Sugar alliance figuring out who Onion is voting for and giving that person the idol.   Top
