And yes, Ace, that very specifically includes you. Your accent is more intelligent than you are. Not to mention less pretentious. (What worries me is that it's more stable.)} {The more I think about it, the more I have to wonder how Earl ever got through the casting process.} {I've always thought the last name had something to do with it.} {As long as we're delving back to distant memories, get ready to see another one ignored with this year's first edition of How Not To Play An Idol: A Stupidity In One Act.} {You're still convinced Sugar's going out?} {I think having the entire tribe knowing she has it is going to work against her, yes. I'm not sure she has the intuition to pull the pin unassisted, and when you look at the previews, I'm very sure she's about to give it to a certain someone else with a giggle of 'little ol' me just can't handle something so tough and manly'.} {At least Ace knows Sugar can still handle him...} {The search rule has to be changed, right? The idol hasn't been really portable or easily concealable for a while now, and just letting people freely rifle through bags with no penalty is turning it into the equivalent of a BB twist: no point, no reason, and no results -- but plenty of commercials.} {The current casting rules need to be changed, and I think we're seeing how well that worked out...} {The idol works best as a swing in power. Unfortunately, it doesn't allow the user to swing over to the other tribe.} {I'm becoming really curious about tonight's challenges. I know Kota's going to win everything -- I just want to see how much of a part Randy plays in that. He's becoming a very strange sort of challenge force, and at least on the field, he thinks faster on his feet than anyone we've had around for a long time. I realize he can't win -- but he might be fun to watch while he's around.} {You had hope for Eric last season, remember? After the sand throwing? Gee, how did that finish up? Anyone remember?} {I don't think Randy is interested in what anyone thinks of him -- certainly not to the point of handing over Immunity.} {And therein lies the reason Randy was cast. I think we know Matty will now be snookered by Ace and I think it will be at 10. Matty said to Ace, "what happens if we merge at 9, I'm toast". So if Crystal goes this week and Dan/Susie go at Kotex and then they think a merge is coming at 10 but it doesn't. There would be 4 left at Uthong, Kenny and Sugar seem to have connected and, esp. if Matty wins the individual immunity this week (that's the necklace), Ace will really get scared of Matty and boot him at 10 before the merge and poor Queen Mum dies!   Top

"RE: Tribal Council" So, we've had the "we hate Dan" story shoved down our throat until Susie decides to be stupid. She looks like a good candidate to be the misdirection. Then there's Fang, with Crystal displaying a huge target on her back. And as Captain Obvious, she pointed out that the original Fang will not get back together post merge, which speaks well for Randy's longevity in this game. Of course, his new tribe will have noticed his extreme pleasure at seeing GC was no more and his poor reaction to to Crystal, so they don't have to worry about him realigning with them after the merge. And Ace will be Matty's downfall, because Matty has shown us he will keep his word even if it's stupid for him to do so.   Top
