LAST EDITED ON 09-08-03 AT 04:41 PM (EST)>Reasons I think this are.
>1. Nobody could be so stupid.
You need to get out more... there are some really stupid people in this world
>2. It will make a good surprise ending.
It would... but so would MAtt's reaction when they tell him he's been getting punk'd all along.
>3. The show will always go on because Matt will never
>find out the truth because he already knows.
I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean.
>4. The show makers have already shown they are willing to
>lie and trick people so why not the audience.
Hey, why stop there... why not the Spike TV network too? This is very weak reason -- by your logic, then every reality show from For Love Or Money to Joe Millionaire to Survivor is staged by paid actors.
>5. The makers of the show film themselves and try to
>act surprised when somthing happens, this is again only there
>to throw us off.
Again, I have no clue what your trying to say or how it illustrates Matt knows.
>6. Joe knows Tawnya the pornstars name and he gets to
>hold her breast. The makers wanted him to hold her
>breasts so they told him which paper to pick and
>he acted like it was random and took his time.
Um... no. You really don't get the show, do you? What happens is on-the-fly, the producers change the challenges so that Matt always wins if the script called for him to win or loses if the script called for him to lose. The underwear competition was Example A.
> Thry also told him to let go quick because
>they pornstar did not want to have to have the
>contest go on for hours.
It's a reality show... competitions are NOT shown in real time. Whether a competition lasts 10 minutes or 6 hours makes no difference to them, in the end they edit it to whatever length they want to show. In fact, most producers WANT long competitions, it helps them build drama and suspense and show's a contestant overcoming "adversity."
>7. What kind of game has a punishment for last place
>unless it is made just for our star.
Um... ya, that's exactly the point. What's yours? Lots of game's have punishments for last place... only in most cases it's elimination. In Big Brother the penalty for failure is peanut butter and jelly. Is the concept really as abnormal as you make it seem? No...
>8. He calls the gay guy out in 2 mins this
>would not happen and he only did it because he
>was suppose to call him out even before they went
>into the house.
Oh sure, you must have seen this "fact" in the copy of the script you obtained, correct?
>9.He says in the show that he knows he is a
>great looking guy, this shows that he is playing a
>role just like everybody else.
You know what they say when you make assumptions...
>10.He over acts. When it comes time to vote he acts
>really nervous.
Have you ever watched another reality show? Plenty of folks get nervous when they have to vote. Heck, some even start sobbing...
>11. When the gay guy decides to have a contest to
>give up his room he is shown on camera practing
>his impression. Matt then gives a really great imprssion of
>him because matt also practiced ahead of time and knew
>it was coming.
Sure... no assumption here.
All in all, I think your "reasons" are largely nothing more than a bunch of strange assumptions and leaps in logic that you're made. There's next to zero concrete facts in your reasons.
