Estee 57126 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 04-24-08, 06:18 PM (EST) "Survivor: Half-A.S.Sed Episode #11 East Coast Spoiler Thread" Please keep all sigpic-free discussion of the so-called Biggest Blunder In Series History (non-casting division, non-twist division, non-season theme division, non- -- this could take the whole episode to finish narrowing down) on this thread until 11 p.m. EDT, by which time the West Coast will probably have gotten to see all the hype fail yet again. Yes, Jason has proven himself to be stupid. And naive. And egotistical -- and we all know putting those three together make for -- well, they pretty much make for your perfectly average, typically normal series contestant. Admittedly, Jason's shown some limited ability to step the numbers on those three qualities up by ten percent or so, but -- is he historically dumb? Is he world record clueless? Is he Nurse John full of himself? And will all that combine to make him fail on a level that no one would believe if they read it in a fanfic, because it would just be too far outside the bounds of reality and 'reality' to take seriously? Probably not. After all, he wouldn't be Jason if he didn't fail at everything -- even this... Still -- keep your fingers crossed.   Top

Every popular girl trying to con anyone outside her clique, ever. Erik realizes there are people playing the game, but that's okay: he's given up, no problems. Amanda, for her part, realizes she's very probably screwed. Apparently no one here can count to five, because she's mentally giving an alliance of four the majority with eight people left. Rallying -- but she knows she's got to do something fast.   Top

James called it: Parvati says 'Sorry' when she means 'Ha-ha!', and she's not necessarily stupid: she's selfish. Cirie added a layer to that during the auction with her 'Stop playing, Parvati' quote. I think that one's going to come back and haunt us later. Yes, Jason is a little too reluctant to head to ExI -- but what this does is get the wheels moving. Interesting that Jeff revealed there was a new idol in play to the entire group. Pretty standard auction. However, it has pretty much become impossible to take Erik seriously.   Top

There's a female alliance in play (although Amanda's a little worried about her membership). One member -- Natalie -- sent Jason to ExI on your basic brain freeze. She hates Jason. Jason feels he's in a tight alliance with Natalie, but Natalie despises him and doesn't want him to get the idol. Jason has gotten the idol. The clues were so easy, even a Jason could solve them! And now the women are setting up a plan where Natalie will convince Jason to throw her the Immunity challenge, and then blindside him -- with a split of the vote in play, just in case. Jason's not in very good shape right now unless he has a brain cell fire. And what are the odds? Natalie's face time for the entire season has quintupled in this episode alone.   Top

Erik won a mystery item and traded it for nachos. (the mystery item was octopus....) Natalie won fruit bat soup, didn't want it, James volunteered to take it instead. Amanda won a hotly contested bid for a PB&J sammich. Natalie then won an envelope. "Send one person to Exile Island and take their money" She chooses Jason after getting confirmation that there is a HII on Exile Island (which he later finds.....) Natalie then uses Jasons fresh money to buy a huge chocolate cake.... with an envelope: "Choose 3 Survivors to help you eat this cake during a 60 second timespan..." Natalie gets the first slice, mostly because she didn't get anything else.... Amanda, Parv, and Cirie get to help for the time limit. Erik wanted to lick the chocolate off of the fingers, (and offered first $20, then $40 for the privelidge.....) Thus ends the Survivor Auction.   Top

But, Jason's a moron and Erik has shown no capability to think, so it won't happen. Of course, they may vote for Jason, which means all he has to do is play the real Idol. Which he won't. And he's the one giving out the presents: he just gave the women a blindside. For the purposes of their plan, James can't have Immunity: Jason has to believe James is going home tonight, and Natalie (who is being dropped into the evil conniver edit at lightspeed) doesn't want to vote Erik out on his birthday. Jason's more willing to fall for Natalie's quick lie about James being the target and his going to ExI for a reason, so it all depends on Jason and James not winning Immunity. For the cutdown challenge, Jason goes out in Stage Two, James in the final round -- and Erik takes a necklace he really didn't need until James made a serious try for it. You have never seen an alliance so happy to see someone on the outside win a challenge. Fasten your seat belts.   Top

Yeah, Jason sure screwed up by not playing his HII, but that to me was not the 'HII biggest blunder yet' that is continually talked about forecasted. What Jason did wasnt as bad as what James did last season, and he had two HII that he shoulda coulda mighta played. Either all the biggest blunder was just a bunch of talk, or its still to come. Hard telling~ Has anyone looked to see if Natalie is wanted in any of our fine 50 United States? She sure is a whack-a-doo! I dont think that girl is acting either. I dont much care for Nat or Parv's gloating either, and I'm surprized Cirie's in with that. I cant believe that James, Jason, Eric, and Amanda didnt form their own alliance, and vote for one of them. I dont think Jason is the only moron either, I think Amanda shares that same title as well. If the girls succeed in getting rid of the boys, Amanda will be the next to go. I didnt see James in any of the family reunion pics for next week. I'm hoping he is still in the game after he gets his medical tx. Has anyone seen or heard anything about his injury? That man is nothing but a massive hunk of love, er, uh... MUSCLE!!! GO JAMES!!!   Top

There's really no reason for her to have the doe eyes again and the jury hates the other two. She has to worry about Cirie...bc even though everyone thinks Parv is the mastermind...Cirie is the real ring leader and the jury doesn't hate her as much as Parv But she should have done something more last nite to save James/Jason   Top
