Hi all...any info on if tonights show will be aired as scheduled? I see football scheduled here in so cal.

According to the CBS website, it's still on the schedule. But I've heard other peeps say that football is preempting in some areas, and BB will be played at 2:00 a.m. If you miss the episode, you can always read a wonderful recap over on Bashers!

I just checked Los Angeles tv listings and found it is being aired on KCal 9 instead of CBS.

Yes, this is true in other markets too. When the main CBS station in a market is showing football, a second CBS-owned station airs Big Brother at the expected time. This will happen next week too.

Yep, here some of the local stations are pre-empting it for pre-season Carolina Panther Game.
My local station will rebroadcast it at 2 am (but this is a CBS station that always pre-empts the prime time line up for sports events as often as possible...I think if they could show primetime from 1-4 am every day and sports every night they would do it )

It will be airing where I'm living. If it is preempted, it might be on at another time. And if you have a fast internet connection, you can usually download it (illegaly) if your tape doesn't work. I won't mention names of websites, but they are pretty easy to find. I admit that when I write a summary, I tape it, but I also download it because I can watch it again and back up scenes on my computer as I type.

Three is the perfect number.

We were really ticked too. Saturday night was the saddest night on TV in a long time. A football game, a movie about football and a taped gymnastics competition (not that I don't love gymnastics. I have a gymnast) were the best the networks could come up with for those of us without a life??
Thank goodness for the two hours of TAR on GSN. It kept DD awake for BB at 11:40 (football game ran late, postponing the start), but I took an ambien and checked out.
