Is this from camp, or at a challenge? I don't remember this "structure" in either camp, and it looks mighty solid to be a challenge prop.

Thanks to Survivor Fever:

Note this picture of James with the "doctored buff"....shotty job at best!
So James and Aaron are competing for JH, While Frosti and Sherea become FL.
Looks as though Eric will compete in the diving portion of the challenge to unlock and free floating puzzle pieces, that will be gathered and put together to win the challenge.
I think that's Frosti competing for FL, with John Robert in the background. He's too muscular to be Todd. Note they all have their swim trunks.
*They sure are hinting at throwing a challenge...judging by the OFG theory, I would say that Aaron appears to be in far more danger than Sherea...fwiw.

Yup.. And that definitely looks like Peih Gee in front of James. But why are they advertising the swap as a four-way kidnap? Will the four (three) "kidnappees" be returning to their own tribes afterwards?
