His band Florez played at my college and I talked with him for about 10 minutes. He didn't give any real spoilers but I got the impression that he at least made it to the merge. He was super nice and told me he was recruited and didn't sign up on his own. He is a cool guy and his band is really good.

The single greatest stretch for S:SI may have actually been 'sixteen people, sixteen applications'.
