Tree mail tells teams to gather their personal belongings, no rewards, no tools, no flints and paddle to Exile Island immediately. Oh, and bring your canteens.
First response is to boil up the rest of the rice (Moto), and eat everything in sight (both teams).
Ravu have a bonding session and talk about who they can swing to joing their 4-Horsemen alliance. (They DO know it was The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, don't they?)

See a Fijian mask. Memorize the symbols & placement on the mask. Paddle out to 3 stations and get puzzle pieces. Two people will then assemble the puzzle pieces into 6 symbols that are on the mask. Place in the correct order as they are seen on the mask.
Reward: Immunity and no TC for the winning 5. Plus a feast. Losers get a note and go to TC.

Alex directed that vote beautifully. He let Stacy know that he wanted to keep his alliance with her and how she could vote to show him that she was still allied with him. He was able to give Dreamz the security that no one in a majority alliance has given him to this point - he's always been the outsider.
Michelle's vote for Stacy was probably already set, but his speech convinced her it was the right vote to make. The nuMoto alliance had already decided that Boo and Stacy were at the low end of their tribe's pecking order, and Michelle had said in a confessional last episode that she wanted to get rid of Stacy because they filled similar roles within the tribe.
Mookie wasn't going to vote against one of the Four Horseman, and he wasn't going to put a target on his back with his original tribe by targeting Michelle. His vote was already set.
