It's almost enough to make you miss the extensive leaks, isn't it? Flying by instinct, logic, and the seat of the pants half of you aren't wearing? Got really, really stressful about two episodes in. Come back, ChillOne: we need some answers! Where's the other half of our commercials? Are we getting fafaru again? Where the hell did that parrot come from? And did you ever break single digits on your book sales? Unspoiled seasons? Svck.} ...look, if I have to keep starting these things, they're only going to get weirder. Anthony tries to play the Rupert card: he was picked on as a child, he has low self-esteem, and he's not quitting. Amazingly, no one gives him a million dollars just for showing up. It was a balance beam thing, and the teams had to walk around other tribe members to get to the end. Michelle and Yau-man made it over easy, and Anthony pretty much blew it for Ravu. Rita couldn't get by him, then he ended up jumping in the water totally blowing it for Ravu. Rocky looked like he wanted to strangle Anthony..but that's just my imho.   Top

Or at least that's how she sees it, because she thinks she's about to become his babysitter. He either gets better or he stops wasting her time. Cassandra is a little more sympathetic, worrying about Gary's long-term health. The bugs plead for Gary to stay so they can bite him some more. Reward: everyone stands on a balance beam, work your way around your tribemates to reach the finish platform, fall off and start over. Moto sensibly sits Cassandra and Gary as the obstabcle problems. The skinny members of Ravu quickly make it through while Lisi struggles, but then the challenge geniuses come up with one: Moto squats on the beam while tribemates step over them. They can do it, Ravu can't -- and today's ridiculous luxury reward is a king-sized bed with sheets and pillows, along with fish (so they don't have to), rice, spices, and what may have been wine. Rocky is not happy. Guess why.   Top

Gary can't stop spinning. The team says it's not serious but there's nothing they can do to care for him and, if he can't care for himself, he'll have to choose to evacuate. He chooses to leave. Some team members feel badly for him (mostly guys), some are okay with him to go as one less to compete against (woman), some worry about him but worry about losing a challenge 'cause he's not there anymore to help (guy). He wants to know what's wrong with this tribe. He says there are homeless people who now weigh more than he does. Oh, so he's seen Dreamz... Anthony is convinced he's going next after Ravu loses Immunity, and Earl doesn't know if Anthony's worth the effort to protect anymore. Is Earl getting the most obvious winner's edit in show history, or is it just me? Moto celebrates their bed and dinner, pigs out, and caps the night with Lilianna giving massages, which Lisi calls devious. Morning comes, and Gary is still ill. In the least surprising move since -- well, everything happened last episode -- Gary leaves the game on a medical boat and gets absolutely no sympathy from the camera, tribute from the music, or love from Lisi, who's just happy that one more person is out. It improves her odds: who cares how they go? And now her Gary-baby has been aborted! Lisi is rapidly turning into the queen high be-yotch of Moto. Someone tell Rocky he's got competition.   Top

"Segment #3" Rocky decides to lighten the tension by going nude while Michelle reads the svcky poem. This doesn't work very well across the tribe -- except for the women, who see a lot they find funny -- so he switches it up by cross-dressing. I'm not describing that. Varu doesn't figure out why Moto's entering late until they see Gary's missing. There still isn't much sympathy coming from the camera. Immunity proceeds. I don't compose fast enough to describe the Immunity challenge during a commercial break. Multiple-stage jailbreak over water with lily pads and a human pyramid to the last imprisoned person. Plus boats. Lisi sits out and spends most of the challenge laughing at people. Moto wins on speed and a little luck with keys, and gets the mandatory twist: they can keep Immunity, but they have to switch camps with Ravu -- or they can give up Immunity and keep their camp. After a non-discussion, they elect to drop into the tribal tie and head for Council. And thus, Ravu takes another step towards becoming the Worst Tribe Ever, as the only way they can get Immunity to date is through Moto's horrible phobia of actually having to live in near-standard game conditions. (Standard for the first half hour after beachfall, but still.)   Top

I have no idea what that snake ate, but it WAS a regurgitation of something. Played back you can see that the snakes eyes stay clear and round (so it's not shedding scales), and the whatever-it-was is patterned differently than the snake. Bizzare and fascinating, but I have no idea what it was that was coming back out.   Top

It was either an eel or another snake. Shells aren't almost as long as the snake spitting them out, spotted, flexible, with a head and eye configuration that looks like another snake (or eel). Just win the next one and we'd have the numbers again - and besides, it sounds like there's already a sub-alliance in the works with some Ravu members for whenever they merge, based on exit interviews and Insider gossip. It's Survivor and the bottom line is to get the people who's not in your alliance out of the game. Lisi didn't want Liliana to have more time to work on the boys and change the alliance dynamics so to me, it was a smart move by Lisi. Is it just me that is getting a really strong Sandra (S7) vibe from Lisi? I don't think she's winning the game but she's coming across as a Sandra Jr. A Tribe siggie "Tsk, tsk.
