Flowerpower 7262 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 02-13-07, 08:27 AM (EST) "Episode 2, SOTS...Survivor:Fiji" Episode 2, Snakes are misunderstood…we have an understanding now! Welcome to Blows and our State of the Spoiling segment, where we try and sum up all the speculation, facts and fiction, for you, our audience. If you get the time, it’s a good idea to check our guidelines that explain how to navigate your way, located here. Everyone is welcome to play, but in the immortal words of Colleen…”Be nice and play fair!” So Survivor: Fiji has premiered and the stage is set. For a full recap of the show, see Icecat’s, East Coast Update Thread. The question of the hour that was answered with as much drama as possible was, who will Have and who will Have Not? It concluded with the winning IC tribe, Moto, staking claim to Camp Ralph Lauren, while the Ravu tribe were directed toward Barren Beach. Mookie directed the boot away from Rita, and onto Jessica. The episode 2 title, “Snakes are misunderstood…we have an understanding now!”, was brought to us by michel. After all the pre-show hype regarding the deadly sea snakes, it is clear that someone is going to have a run in with a snake. Let’s start with the CBS Misdirection Clues, brought to us by Chez, located here, but can be found at the CBS website, under the icon “Show”, then under the heading, “next episode”, here. 1.Hunger and dehydration take their toll on the Survivors, leaving one barely able to stand. We know they are referring to one of the losers, the have not tribe, Ravu. The vidcaps seem to point out the answer…Michelle. 2.On Exile Island, one Survivor comes face to face with a deadly sea snake and is forced to make a difficult decision. Once again the vidcaps help us out here… Earl is the one that comes face to face with the evil sea snake and makes a difficult decision...he whacks him! Note the clue also tells us that he’s on Exile Island, just as michel had speculated! 3. Despite enjoying all the luxuries won by his Moto tribe, Boo can't help getting himself into one misfortune after another. Nuff said..."Boo will hurt himself out of the game!"... 4. Stakes are high in the combined Immunity/Reward Challenge, giving one tribe hope for food and fire. Will they triumph despite being famished? This answers the challenge question, seems there will only be one “big” one this episode. The reward part of the challenge will include a flint for fire and perhaps some rice, but will the have nots triumph??? We shall see... 5. As Tribal Council nears, one tribemate tries to redirect the votes by petitioning against the majority. Who will be the next to go? Well, this could be referring to the target, trying to defer votes away from themselves to no avail, or it could be referring to another, perhaps Rocky, who hears who the target is, and makes a futile attempt as well...but the age old question remains, who will be the boot??? Episode 2, Vidcaps... Vidcaps are all in one neat thread, here.The show probably starts out dramatizing the differences between the haves and the have nots. On one hand we have the have nots, Ravu, suffering in dire straits, and I do admit they look really skinny already... While the haves are feasting… and showering… and joking... and being downright lazy and entitled... Next, we have Sylvia returning from her stay on EI(thanks VG!)... At last, it will be time for the combined RC/IC, where Jiffy notifies them of the reward that will be most likely flint and rice, and immunity of course. We also suspect that the winning tribe will pick one daw from the losing tribe to spend so many days on EI, returning just in time to attend TC, where they will have no time to conspire and plot. The combined RC/IC involves the daws in their catamarans. They must paddle around a course, probably roping something off or together, as we see colored cable/cording on their boats. They must also collect various crates and drag them to shore. Most peeps spec that they contain, once again puzzle peices. First tribe to complete their puzzle will win. Here are the various vidcaps: *Note that Stacy and Michelle seem to be the girls in the middle that unwind the cable and pick up the crates along the way. Once to shore, here are Earl and Rocky dragging the crates up to the final area...together: ...and here is Boo and company transferring their crates up...in assembly line fashion. Well, judging from the look on Rocky's face...
