Like burn victim Michael Skupin in 2001's Survivor: The Australian Outback, a player in need of medical treatment is rushed from the island- this after BRUCE took a machete to the mouth!- leaving the others to speculate his or her return. Regardless, someone will be sent home for good as the 10th person is VOTED off. Does Bruce return and then get voted off??? Does Bruce leave the game, return, and does Sally/Courtney/Shane get voted off? Also in a different article, Bobby discusses that Courtney, Danielle, and Shane are 3 very bad players He doesn't include Cirie/Aras as being bad though... Probst hints that Terry will use the Hidden Immunity Idol soon... episode 9 (Save Sally, boot Courtney?)

Regarding the VOTED OFF part, they always use that terminology no matter what happens. They're not going to give it away if Bruce is evacuated permanently. ETA: I was just down at the newsstand and skimmed the TV Guide article. There is a sidebar wherein the writer outlines the potential complications of Terry having the HII. It contains a quote from JP saying that they don't know where Terry might be keeping the idol. But, JP does not say anything at all about Terry using the idol. The writer speculates in the next paragraph that Terry "may use the idol soon".
