If you think about it...how can anyone after 40 years of habits change as quickie as a few months. Lisa got her deserving "D" but she deserved another chance to digest her issues and try to change them because it takes time to heal and change. I think that all three coaches are doing great and I love the work they do but I also think that if Lisa fails ... they need to look at how they are planning her tasks for they need to take some responsibility for her failure too. Perhaps some of the tasks are not the most effective way to deal with her specific issues.
