"Is the over 40 crowd extinct?"
Pretty interesting that NO houseguests are over 40. And I believe only three this season are over 30. Did Tom Westman's dominance on Survivor this past season scare producers away from casting another "ringer" to run the table in the Big Brother House and win it all??? Just goofing; but interesting nonetheless.

There was someone over 40 last season, right? The FBI guy he was great... I loved him

The FBI guy was two seasons ago; and I thought he was great too. Unfortunately he was outnumbered by the 20-something crowd and didn't stand a chance to win. I don't think there was a 40-something last season. Maybe one; not sure.

Ok, so I thought about it some more so here are some thoughts.
20 somethings are still pretty much still in the "ME" stage of life and everything is about them in their 20's. For men, it'a all about ego,how many girls they can get and the whole macho thing is still in full swing. 20 something girls are all into their appearance,what they are wearing and how many guys they can get to check them out.
Now, I'm not knocking that, I was like that too when I was a 20 something girl...LOL
But as you get into your 30's & 40's you tend to be more serious and stable.You also have a job you can't leave for 2-3 months for a t.v. show and you probably have a family who needs you & needs you to work also.
I think it's just more drama and fun to watch 20-early 30 somethings be in a house! I don't think too many 30-40 yr olds are really trying to get on Big Brother anyway.
