Gr8tfl Grl 14 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Got Milk? Spokesperson" 10-11-01, 05:41 PM (EST) "I Love Kevin and Drew" Ok, it's official. I am rooting for Kevin and Drew! I think the "Bert & Ernie" comment on the Guidos did it. They also seem the most sincere. Not counting Mom and Em, but I am so jealous over all the attention Em's boobs are getting that I have to stick with my boys.   Top

The Guidos lost my support last night when they began to call Kevin and Drew "the fatties." I have to say I found it rather humorous when they assumed "the fatties" were lost, and immediately it cut to Kevin and Drew dancing with the locals. Initially I felt a little guilty, as the Guidos were my team of choice to begin with, but they've lost my backing. Go Festers! Frau Hexe   Top

They are so entertaining, and even when they are jabbing at each other, it seems all good natured. I love the way they have adopted the Mother & Daughter, and even when the other folks were dissing Aime for being a loud mouthed whiner, one of them defended her too. The Guidos are waaay too arrogant and mean spirited. They are such poor sports. But I love this show! It's great. Go frat boys   Top

"They grow on you" The first week I hated those guys for being a couple of dunderheads. Last week I hated to admit that they were growing on me. And this week I fell in love with them. They are funny, sincere, and best of all they go about genuinely not caring whether they do well or badly. That's why they don't argue, they take this race for what it is: a game and a chance of a lifetime. Did you hear THAT Amie??? What we need from the Festers now is an international incident requiring diplomatic intervention. As for the Guidos, I am also starting to call the Bert and Ernie. I'll bet you they even sleep in twin beds...   Top

"RE: I Love Kevin and Drew" Kevin and Drew are way entertaining; Mom and Daughter are nice and not that entertaining; I now like Frank and Marghareta much better than at the beginning. I can't wait for Lenny and Karen to get eliminated so I don't have to hear her stress and nag any more, and Bert and Ernie--I just want to see them FALL/FAIL/FLAIL, but darn them they keep going like Energizer bunnies. Maybe this next week... My favorite underdogs however, are the lawyers, and who would have thunk I'd be saying that. They're sensitive to the cultures, polite to people and each other, keep their promises, mock themselves suitably when they blow it, yet they can pull it together and follow a compass to come from behind into the middle of the pack while these basket case couples drive in circles. Anyone else notice that it's mostly the young male/female couples that can't work together in vehicles and get interminably lost? What a surprise, from my experience.   Top

Hopefully both Guido and Lenny and Karen will be out soon. I feel sorry for Lenny one minute but then he does something really dumb the next and I feel bad for Karen.
