Appears to be Ian, Jonathan and Gregg competing in some kind of a challenge. They are carrying heavy bags through some kind of a course.
The color scheme appears to be blue and brown (Ulong and Korror). These three apparently survived the "pick 'em" elimination and made it to the first team immunity challenge.
Ian and Jonathan are on the brown(Korror) tribe and Gregg is carrying a blue (Ulong) bag. This may be another leg of the challenge we saw earlier, where Kimberley and Angie appeared to be balancing. The stronger tribe members were probably selected for this leg. We now have three more survivors identified competing in the challenge. Those not seen are still possible candidates for the first two spots... By a process of elimination we can narrow the list of candidates for the first two eliminations:   
Coby, Tom, Bobby Jon, and Jennifer appear to be empathetic and emotional as the first two players are eliminated from the game. They appear to be safe.
Ian, Jonathan and Gregg competing in a challenge. Safe from the “pick ‘em” elimination.
  
Angie, James and Kimberly competing in a challenge
 
Coby on Korror and Kimberley with blue buff (Ulong)
We also have weight loss spoilers for Ibrehem, Katie, Stephenie and Gregg. That leaves Ashlee, Caryn, Janu, Jeff, Jolanda, Wanda and Willard still under consideration...

I have speculated that Caryn and Gregg can be seen in the vidcap with Jennifer crying and wiping a tear away after the emotional elimination of two of her peers. As she is seen with them facing her, I speculate that this is when the pick'em is over and they have broken off into groups, perhaps to receive their buffs, so I speculate that Caryn and Gregg would also be safe here. Also Janu, in the blue jeans behind Bobby Jon, could be safe as she is still there in the line up as well....as is Tom, who is seen next to the reacting Coby. Jolanda and Janu are both seen in vidcaps that are associated with tribal colors which we "speculate" that it means they make it into a tribe in pmspml5's thread Tribes and First Boot Speculation. If all of this speculation pans out, it would narrow our list of survivors that could be the first two eliminated to:
Ashlee, Jeff, Wanda, and Willard

Thanks Sweatpea! No buffs does cast doubt on this being a challenge...So, the thought is that the TV Guide Preview is a "behind the scenes" special, and will show the challenge being "tested" by members of the crew, rather than footage of the actual survivors competing?

I think that the guy in the middle who stumbles on the tight rope looks just like Jonathan and the guy in the back looks just like Gregg, even their bodies....I think it's highly doubtful that these are subs that could pass for body doubles... As for the guy in front, speculated to be Ian. He is wearing glasses, as Ian does, and he has the same hair color, although in this pic it "seems" to be shorter, yet this is a motion picture.... I also think that the guy in front is considerably taller than the guy in last, Gregg(who I know is over 6' tall), which fits with Ian. And, he is much thinner as well, look at the size of his legs, thighs, he's very thin, just as Ian is...and look at his abs... I think it is NOT plausible that they have 3 body doubles that are employed by EPMB Seg that could be twins of three of their contestants...NO WAY. So, I discount the theory that these are stand-ins...buffs or no buffs!

I think it is NOT plausible that they have 3 body doubles that are employed by EPMB Seg that could be twins of three of their contestants...NO WAY. If you look at guy #3 closely, he resembles Greg in a generic way but does not look exactly him. I think it's very likely MB could find among his production staff some people with the same general body types and coloring as some of the contestants (particularly in this young-ish crew).

It's not Coby, Willard, Ibrehem, Jeff, Tom, Bobby, or James, either. Therefore, even if we try to argue that the 2 in the back are Jonathan and Gregg (which I don't see, frankly), the guy in the front isn't anyone from the cast. These guys are crew members who are testing the challenge. They do that all the time, for every challenge. They had an entire segment on it during the VH1 special that aired last year. I just saw the TV Guide special and some of what I saw confirmed what I believed of some of the castaways. I think I am going to do something that could be a little bit fun as well. It is meant to be funny, but also what I get a sense of about some of the castaways. Alot of what we have read about Bobby Jon not being the "sharpest knife in the drawer" is probably pretty accurate. It is not just an act. The rumors and speculations about this one being Thailandish, is probably partially correct.
I am getting the sense that they focus on Angie for a reason. They get very caught up in the "look" part of this on the tvguide special. I think that this is to make some sort of a point by the end of the season.
I am a die hard survivor fan and will watch no matter what, but I believe when Jeff Probst said,"Please don't apply if you plan to quit." was probably a sincere request. Just listening to a few of these guys, you feel that there might be a quitter in there somewhere. Or two.

Based on the fact that there are weight loss spoilers on different message boards that talk about his "weight loss" being significant and that he was not able to return to work for several days, it could be far. People are still assuming physical fitness is all about the look outside of the body. The
six-pack, the tight buns, muscular chest, perky, toned breasts.
They do not realize that it also has to do with inner physical health. Willard could be in top physical condition better than any of the younger guys. Lots of six-packers have habits that affect their physical stamina and endurance. There is also this misrepresentation that the more muscular and toned and the less body fat, even into the negatives, is healthier. That is not so.
A person that trains their body to peak "muscle perfection" has their muscles burning fat even in their sleep and that boils down to a body that itself has trained itself into expecting certain things at certain times and some people's bodies do not deal well with that. It can cause a person to lose more energy than maybe a runner. Willard may have been able to keep people fooled by just being older, people assume he cannot have as much
"endurance" the key to this game is always going to be 2 parts
endurance, two parts strategy and one part physical ability.

Or is this after Ian picks Jolanda to be on his tribe? Are the buffs handed out as the members are picked? Ian is smiling and happy and on the same tribe with Jolanda, so in either case, he's not hugging her goodbye after the sad, emotional elimination event.

Hi Munson:These two shots show that you are correct. It is not a buff around Jolanda's arm...in fact it's probably not a buff around Ian's neck, just part of Jolanda's armband... 
Here's the armband of Jolanda in a pre-buff vidcap, so I don't think we are looking at a brown buff around Jolanda's bicep. Jolanda may have a blue buff around her neck or on her head, or this may be a pre-buff shot and neither is wearing a buff yet.
In fact, the brown thing at Ian's neck may just be Jolanda's armband, and buffs may not have been handed out yet... Then why is Jolanda hugging Ian and why is Ian so happy? Have Jolanda and Ian just won the competition that makes them the "pick 'em" captains? These two could easily win a race to determine the first pickers.

I haven't seen this posted here yet so thought I'd add it, if only for completeness. If it's somewhere else, well, then, let's review...The pics of Janu running and of Ian and Jolanda hugging posted above are from the new TVGuide (Feb 13 - 19 issue). Two other pics are included: a group shot of the entire cast and a shot of Kimberly and Stephanie (early alliance perhaps?) hip deep in the water carrying some kind of, I don't know, cloth they used as a net to catch, what is that, something? The article confirms the stuff we already know: three out in E1, starting out the game as one tribe and a "brutal shocker...occurs in the first 10 minutes." Quote Jeff, We're saying, 'There's the beach and a couple of machetes. Are you a tribe? Beats me!' They don't know what's coming." Some tidbits:
**Jeff attempts to walk a crab on a leash like a pet dog. I hate him already.
**Ibrehem flirts with Jennifer. Romber redux? Ibrehemifer? **All the young contestants plan to use flirting as strategy. Great, the last resort of the vapid but beautiful is the primary course of action for this sorry lot. C'mon, Tom! Bring it home for all of us not twentysomethings.
**James "I'm one broke-azz redneck" breaks down in tears as he explains how much he needs the money to support his stripper wife and their four kids, living in a flea infested trailer, broke down truck, etc.. It's great when it writes itself, isn't it? **Tom is already worried about a youngun's alliance, fearful of getting shut out. **Jeff proves Tom's not paranoid as he discuss getting the younguns to band together to vote out the old fogies. Bashers ought to be rockin' this go around! Easy pickins. There it is, FWIW.

Yes, but there is possibly some light in the tunnel. I think Jeff goes pretty early. I also find it funny that there are so many out there that keep calling those in "physique physically fit" the most physically fit. 6-pack abs does not mean Ibrehem is stronger than Willard or Tom. He may have a washboard tummy, but either of those guys could be as fit or better. There are more factors in true fitness than just the musculoskeletal condition. True, it is more likely that what the eye sees tells alot about a persons fitness level, but not everything. Plus, there are many situations where a person conditions so much, that any "significant" break in their training or routine can leave them weak and their body in chaos. One of the docs I used to work for was in sports medicine. That was part of Osten's problem. His body protested against breaking routine and the crybaby quit.
I don't think that "youth" is going to be the main factor in alliances. What starts out as what someone wants, may not last long. Besides, with Jeff's "attitude" he want last long.
Worse than the older eating their young, is when the young turn on their own. Nothing can be more volitile.
Then, you have "Angie" who does not necessarily fit in with the "Barbie" crowd. And Katie who is not exactly "Barbie."
Ian, who in many pics seems to have a friendship with Tom. And Jenn is not really one of the younger. If you remember on Vanuatu, the younger females were all in their 20's except for Lisa. I do not think the numbers are as skewed towards youth and will play out that way either. The two strongest women of Palau are Jolanda(39) and Janu (39). At least physically. I do not know about Janu's mental tolerance.
