When Bill put the sticker in Dorothy's journal I just thought it could be a situation where Bill likes Darwin and Bribs more than Dorothy and would rather she leave first. Or he could realize she is a smart player and he wants to get rid of her. Elavia said it was scary how clever Dorothy was. So if Bill is the mole he may want a smart player who could be onto him out of the game. If he isn't the mole he wants the smartest competition out of the game. Or maybe her journal was on top and the quickest for Bill to get to in a hurry. He may not have cared who he gave it to.
And I think the cameramen and other crew probably watched the whole ball game and knew who was hitting out of turn, etc. I don't believe Anderson sat and watched all that tape for every little detail.
